I recently visited your café and was surprised to find that iced lattes were no longer on the main menu. When I asked for one, the staff informed me that they only serve hot lattes, citing "Company Policy." It was a hot day, and this made no sense to me—why can’t you serve an espresso with milk over ice? It’s a simple request. I decided to order a hot latte and requested a cup of ice. What followed was baffling. There were three or four staff members behind the counter, all appearing confused and unsure of what to do. It took them a good 5-7 minutes just to process my request, which was frustrating, especially as I stood there sweating, waiting for my takeaway order. Despite the wait, I didn’t even receive the cup of ice until I reminded them again. The whole experience felt unnecessarily drawn out and disorganized. Is this really the level of service you're aiming for? It makes no sense to refuse to serve a simple espresso with milk over ice—especially considering that you used to serve iced lattes. Speaking as someone who used to visit here almost daily since it first opened: it's a great location and a beautiful building, IF ONLY the management were capable of growing out of diapers! Fully 1/3 of the items (many of the best items) on the menu are "sold out" for weeks now! The place is often dirty (gross things on the floor), poorly maintained (e.g., tables falling apart), and the 3rd floor is very often closed. (Extra space is badly needed on busy weekends here!) arrived at 10PM on 25/12 night and there were still ~10 occupied tables with people sitting there chilling. Approached the 2 female baristas and asked if they were still serving and received an unreluctant nod. Asked what was left to be served then they said “only tra sua chom chom” and yes we ordered 2 tra sua chom chom as we only wanted 2 seats for 15-20 minutes here. Well next time if you dont want to continue serving after 10 PM then freaking put 10 PM as your last order timeslot. These service people are extremely rude, unfriendly, not welcoming, not helpful.
