Luna Sushi — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I have had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star . Although we have been there three times on our third visit we received something we didn't order . We told the guy we did not order this but he insisted we did so we ate it and thought we maybe made a mistake with our ordering . After we ate it they apologized and said they infact made this mistake and they accidently gave us the flame set instead of the salmon aburi . no worries , however they ended up charging us for the flame set which was 185k instead of 65k for what we ordered . This is very bad business especially to people who have come to you everyday for 3 days . No customer should have to pay for the business mistake that we tried help to correct which you insisted that you were right . We have tried many sushi restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City however Luna Sushi has been, by far, the best sushi we have eaten in Vietnam so far. No it is not a big fancy chain restaurant with lots of room to move but that's what makes it so nice. No you can't bring a car down the back alley where you will find this hidden gem but that's what makes it so inviting as well as peaceful to sit at. The service is impeccable and although it was a bit messy upstairs because they were understaffed today, we were completely fine with it as it is coming up to the end of TET and they were exceptionally busy. We have ordered from them before on Vietnammm and will continue to support them. Exceptionally warm and inviting hospitality in a diamond of a restaurant which would otherwise be lost in the masses of restaurants in HCMC. Please support them as they do deserve...

With the end of lockdown, my husband and I were craving for Japanese dinner. Despite being able to eat on spot, we ordered from Luna Sushi. Flawless experience you can wish : website is super clear, with pics, ordering system is quick, very user friendly, they send you an email of confirmation. The delivery person was on time, was speaking very good English and had the card machine to pay. Order was well prepared, and most important, food was good !
