From where to start...|When you first arrive the place itself looks nice and cosy.|BUT|No private bathroom whereas it wasn’t clear on the description (only right in the small lines...) In many other properties it’s clearly indicated that the bathroom is attached or shared. We had to wait to shower and it wasn’t clean, water didn’t drain properly and when the water is finely gone it is full of hair. There were many stuff from the people living here so it made it messy on top of it.|Also in the double room we booked, there were some chillies under the bed. The room is super small,it could at least be properly clean...|The breakfast: you do it yourself. Fine. BUT you only have eggs, industrial cheese, industrial sausage, industrial bread and instant noodles placed in a basket (clearly not a buffet as advertised). The kitchen is super messy and not clean with plenty of ants around. The sponge you use to clean the dishes is disgusting. The fridge is clearly a dirty mess. |The staff: when we checked in the lady was nice but as soon as we complained about the fact that there was no private bathroom and that it wasn’t clear on the description, we could see that the staff wasn’t helpful at all. We talked to a guy to mention our disappointment and that we’d like to talk to a manager. The guy was nice and apologised. The next day the lady came to say that she couldn’t help, The online travel agent is responsible and fixed the price. I work in hospitality and I know that even if a guest is unhappy you can always do a little something to help him enjoy his stay (even for a booking via travel agent !) and at least show some empathy. The rest of our stay, nobody would even talk to us and the atmosphere was creepy. When we left no one said goodbye to us. What a shame! We couldn’t really say who was working here or not as there were many people always around and before we left my girlfriend noticed that one girl pointed at me asking “is it him?” To the lady who checked us in. Was this girl a guest ? I don’t know but what a lack of professionalism ! if she was a guest it means that the lady who’s working here talked about our complain to other guests.|We’re travelling in Asia for 3 months and we never felt so unwelcome, especially in a place called a homestay. ||Backpackers don’t stop there ! not...

Other reviews complain about the bathroom being always wet. In this price class you wont find any comparable hotel, where the shower and the toilet is seperated, thats quite normal in Vietnam. And besides being wet, it is clean. Because the kitchen is open for everyone it isnt very tidy and clean, but as a former kitchen assistent, i can assure you, that it is far from being...
