I stayed here for 11 nights. Their room is clean but their bed is a little hard. But if you have a bad back like me it’s actually good ‘coz it helped my back. First, I picked a room with a balcony. I did not expect that it will be loud outside. I could barely sleep on my first night. In Vietnam, drivers love to honk every second. So I requested to be transferred to a room away from the street. The second room was a lot better. The owner is very nice and helpful. Hotel receptionists are very friendly and helpful.
My water temperature in my bathroom was a bit finicky. First day I had warm water the next 2 days it was not that warm. And then one day it was warm again and the next day until the day I left it was almost cool.
The owner asked me every morning if I want housekeeping. Which is nice because some small hotels like this don’t offer everyday housekeeping.
I got free 2 water bottles every day.
The location is very convenient because it is surrounded by restaurants, hair and nail salons, banks, coffee shops, massage spa, and tourist spots are nearby.
My room was on the 4th floor. On my last night there was a thunderstorm and I had an early flight the next morning. When I was leaving the elevator wasn’t working. So I had to make 4 trips up and down the stairs from 4th floor to the ground floor and carried my 3 luggages. It was quiet an exercise. When I got to the airport I messaged the owner and told him about the elevator. He was very apologetic and I understood because shit happens sometimes that is out of our control.

Read more1.此飯店於Booking上訂房,同步知會Booking加強審核,這家為民宿,而不是標注上的四星級飯店!請進行修正。 2.入住當天房間還沒有打掃完成,為了安撫客人,說房間快好了,給他們10分鐘,第二次又是給他們10分鐘,第三次又是10分鐘,我整整了等了兩個多小時,四點多才入到房間。我體諒工作人員的辛勞,但是希望直接說正確的時間,而不是用拖延的方式來敷衍客人。 3.我定了兩間房間,有一間房間是在最頂樓樓非常的燥熱,經過我的要求隔天換到另外一個房間(房型就是在照片中有落地窗的這間房型)櫃檯服務人員知會因房型跟坪數不一樣,必須加收費用越南盾100萬元,本人說明如果沒有一樣的房間,麻煩先行告知,並且在訂房網站裡面明白告示,經過溝通最後加收越南值60萬。 4.房間的冷氣有問題,非常的燥熱,反映給服務人員後有進行處理,但無法有效改善,忍受了四天。 5.櫃檯服務人員上班時間為早上08:00到晚上22:00,入住時有知會,並且教房客使用門禁卡及如何使用關閉電動門等設施。晚上並無留宿服務人員,如緊急狀況無法即時有效處理。 友人在另一間房間,於凌晨00:35左右的時候跳電,求助無門…最後靠自己找到變電箱將其電力恢復。 7.認知上的錯誤及政策:在房間的桌上有提供零食及飲料、礦泉水等有文字明白告知使用後會收取表單上面的金額;另也明白的標注兩瓶礦泉水是不用收費的,但有一天晚上,因為冷氣不良而燥熱我們喝了四瓶礦泉水,及其要收費,有先請告知,但在退房的前一天晚上欲繳費,但本人8:30回到飯店,櫃檯已經沒有人;早上7:30我必須退房反趕赴機場,因沒有工作人員無法繳費。隨後於當日早上10點多告知本人需要用電匯方式匯款支付,本人與服務人員溝通,服務人員做以下的要求兩瓶水的費用越南盾兩萬元不用支付,但是要去Google評定五星服務品質。本人進行評定後截圖後跟店家確認有收到評證之後隨即我刪除五星好評,並且再一次評定一星服務品質極差。 7.另外一間房間我我朋友使用,他造成的一個錯誤在房間裡面抽煙,退房當天早上七點多退房之後,我已有人到達機場,服務人員告知必須加收50萬越南盾,本人與服務人員進行溝通;我的朋友在房間抽煙是他的錯,但是五天房間總共打掃三次,如有煙味的時候應該在第一次提出反應,當下可進行罰款及改善修正,而不是我們已經退房離開了飯店,才告知我們要用電匯方主支付50萬越南盾。這樣的行為讓人覺得有些匪夷所思,感覺是在找房客的麻煩。經由協調最後沒有收取費用。 8.飯店第地下樓還在進行施工,白天施工噪音非常大影響到白天休息品質。 9.這家飯店從服務品質到設施,品質讓人堪慮,下訂及其入住請三思。 10.唯一的優點離連鎖咖啡店30公尺。 11.以上留言,均有與飯店人員通聯紀錄及App軟體等...
