Today, 30 Oct 22, I and my sister joined Marou's free chocolate tasting class. Due to some unexpected issues at our side, we joined the class 15 min late, and when we came, the class had already begun. As we were afraid of interrupting the instructor and other joiners, we already asked another staff at the class if we could still join and he said that the 1st 15 min was only for introduction, the tasting session would take place after that, and we could sit down nearby to join (the current table was full and we sat behind them). In the next 15 min, we gradually became uncomfortable with way the instructor behaved. While the boy staff (I think he is an assistant) tried to bring the chocolate samples to us and explained the process to us, and talked to the instructor several times that we were joiners as well, but what she did was only to ignore us, totally, completely. She did not even welcome us or invite us to join. It was just like we were invisible to her. How could she treat her customers like that? Because this class is free? Or because she thought we were not able to understand English? Or because we seems to not have enough money to buy Marou's products? We did use Marou's services many many times before, and we dont expect such unacceptable behaviors from their staff. That girl should spend time on learning how to be professional and be kind to all of her customers, even they use a...

This is a complete disgrace! 65,000 vnd ! for a coffee that tastes like water? This is pure robbery! A total scam! It was the worst coffee I drank !! 🤮
I already complained, and you replaced my coffee… but guess what? It was just as bad. Are you seriously joking? At this price, we expect at least a decent coffee, not tasteless brown water that isn’t worth a cent.
This is a total rip-off! If you can’t serve a proper coffee, just stop selling it instead of scamming people!
My answer at your comment
Honestly, I am extremely disappointed with your response. Instead of offering a concrete solution, like a refund or some form of compensation (since I didn’t even drink my coffee), you just came up with canned communication phrases.
I recently went back, and nothing has changed. You say you take feedback into account and that you’ll improve, but in reality, it’s just words with no action behind them.
What I expected was not lousy communication, but real action — and you didn’t do it. Don’t think you can fool your customers with empty words that...
