UPDATED SEPT 5 2025 it's sad to see this place decline, it used to be full of pretty people the air conditioners often horrible especially upstairs today we came for a late night coffee with some friends and we have not seen one service person since they dropped our drinks almost an hour ago we are in the little glass room in the first floor only one of two of the tall air conditioners are on it's also sticky and hot in here. The dishes are still sitting all over the table. : DECEMBER 9 2022: Added more photos and videos to review. Bo Kho ( veef stew) is awesome! Employee Lam should ben acknowledged for bringing a Promotion to my attention after noticing I am a frequent visitor. I took advantage of the promotion thanks to Lam. I know it's a little nerve racking when Vietnamese employees have to talk English with English speaking customers but she was brave enough to approach me and elaborate the promotion details and offer which included my purchase of a 1.5 M gift card! More employees should be proactive like Lam. I encourage management to put Lam in a Team Leader or Management position where she can teach others to be as forward and welcoming as she has been on all occasions. The following is my older, original review a couple months earlier.
I was surprised to see only three stars as of November 2nd 2022. I have been here since the opening and yes they had opening hiccups like many businesses have. The crowd has kind of thinned out but it can still get pretty busy at Prime times. The staff is very polite and courteous. They have English speakers at the register which is a bonus. The surrounding Ambiance is very relaxing. There is some room for improvement still. I noticed the internet has been wicked fast but it gets very slow or stops when you are full. I have discovered the toilets have very low water pressure therefore they do not flush well and are often dirty or plugged. I would also find a better solution to your line system in the front. I see everyone confused as to which side they enter. I would make it one way in and one way out do arrows on the floor Maybe. You can make it a little wider so people can pass behind the first register to the second register. Just my two cents. I have had the cobb salad and the Bolognese pasta along with peach tea and leche tea and enjoyed...
Read moreI am a fan of Phuc long and often get tea here and was pleased to see they were opening a flagship store close to my house. However, the experience has put me off forever.
I paid 50k for a cup of tea, it arrived in the cup and half full. I went to order a second cup (which I was of course happy to pay for). I ordered a second cup and asked for a large cup with more hot water. I was refused. I understand that tea brewing is a specific process, but my preference to get more hot water on the side was denied simply because that is not the standard procedure.
I think this is crazy considering the brand is “premium” - nothing premium about this experience.
To order tea in a premium cafe, I’d expect it in a tea pot, not a half filled tiny tea cup. If that isn’t possible, some hot water is not an impossible request.
I suggest Phuc long go to some of the tea shops it is competing with, The Vintage Emporium for example. You get a tea pot, actual tea leaves, and hot water in unlimited supply.
Staff need to learn that a premium experience is about service and an offering as personal as coffee and tea cannot simply be cranked out as one...
Read moreIt’s pretty cool atmosphere, spacious and bringing new experience to customers. We could enjoy drinks in a unique, extremely new space, completely different from any previous Phuc Long store. It’s always crowded especially during weekends, however, there will not be always seats for the customers. And if you are a Phuc Long fan, you definitely have to visit this largest Phuc Long Premium store that is converging the essence of tea and coffee with many new attractions: On-site coffee roasting system, unique and private artistic tea ceremony area, large mixing counter. Definitely the price of each drink will be higher (if I’m not mistaken it’s 30-40% approximately) but it’s worth a try to explore every corner of the coffee shop, from the green oasis outside to the luxurious private room area inside. Besides that, it also offers free “children corner” with coloring plasters and sand painting for your kids to enjoy. With my favorite Olong Milk tea, we could comfortably sit and sip, chat, enjoy the luxurious and classy but extremely comfortable and poetic space at Phuc...
