For a fast food place, it is kind of slow in my opinion. Maybe today was a bit crowded and they might be understaffed.

For the reception (ordering), they worked quite slow, either with ordering through the monitor or waiting in queue. Other than that, the food is decent for its price. However, you can still get something else much better (or even with bigger proportion) at another place and maybe even cheaper too. With that being said, the food quality is fine and the portion is adequate.

The biggest critique would be the cleanliness, though. It can look a bit sloppy and dirty at times. I know that the staff sure do their job well but sometimes, most mess are made by the customers and not due to the staff being lazy.
