Phúc Long Coffee & Tea Saigon Pearl — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

We tried to have the relaxing môment here, but it ruined due to not professional of staff here:

Not have the espresso (!) and the cassier try to persuade change to Americano!!! Later on, I took the milk coffee with medium size, she tried twice to upgrade to large! Hey, only 5k VND, why to ask many time - I accept. The cappuchino we got when the bell rung... with supprise because with "ice" and in the plastic take away cup!!! I did ask that we drink here, so the capuchino shoulf be served in cup and hot! "No" - we got the reply "the "L" is always with ice..as in the menu!". She replied and this state it on the screen when you check it out! I review again but it state only Capuchino L... they transfer all those mis-understanding to the customers!!! Those made their cofee not bitter but...

This location opened in late December 2022. It has been busy during the weekdays. Positive points: Large space, some comfortable working space, open to midnight, clean, new space, some cookies, cakes, banh mi is available. Negative points: The service area is not large enough to service the customers and take out service, staff don't speak English (maybe a few words), limited parking (I was told only for pickup but I think you can stay longer since you can't get your order no less than 10-20 min during the rush hours, was told no tray is available to carry several drinks ordered, no water (have to purchase) , no napkins (have to ask). Well, this was a first. I bought a Vivant bottle of water and asked for a cup of ice. The female manager (I'm assuming she was in charge) showed me a tiny cup the size of a thimble. I'm not even sure you could put a single ice cube in it. Puzzled, I asked her for a normal cup. She indicated she didn't have any. I pointed to the myriad cups behind the counter in plain view and she said I had to order a regular drink (tea, coffee) to get one of those. I offered to pay for a cup of ice and she said no!
