🌟 UCC Coffee Roastery – Saigon Pearl
If you’re looking for expertly crafted coffee and hearty, satisfying dishes, UCC Coffee Roastery in Saigon Pearl is a solid choice.
☕ The coffee is excellent – smooth, aromatic, and clearly brewed with care. Whether you’re into lattes with delicate art or a refreshing iced citrus coffee, they consistently deliver on flavor.
🥪 Food portions are generous, especially the sandwiches layered with rich cheese, savory meats, and fresh ingredients. It’s comfort food done right, perfect for brunch or a solo meal.
📍 Ambience: The café has a stylish, roastery vibe, complete with siphon brewers on display for a nice touch of coffee geekery. That said: • It can get a bit noisy during peak hours. • Air conditioning isn’t very strong, so it could be more comfortable with a cooler setting. • Seating is not ideal for big gatherings – tables are better suited for solo visitors or pairs. This place feels more like a “coffee-for-one” retreat than a group hangout spot.
💬 Final thoughts: Come for the coffee, enjoy the food, and settle in with a book or some quiet work (if it’s not too crowded). A great stop for quality time alone or a casual chat with a friend – just don’t expect it to host your next...
Read moreQuite a busy coffee shop with plenty of delivery drivers coming and going. The sound of grinders and espresso machines is noticeable as there is no separation between the seating area and the kitchen. I intended on reading my book here but the volume is just too high. Most of the seating is backless stools so not especially comfortable if you want to stay a while. They have maybe 3 chairs with backs inside and around 7 backed seats outside. The rest are stools, barstools, or benches. They serve a western style food. Quality is good. Small selection of coffee beans in both strong and medium roasts served as pourover or syphon. I ordered a syphon and while it cost 100k the serving size was very generous. Good selection of milk drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful. When my partner's milk drink was a bit too strong for her they agreed to add a bit more milk.
Overall a fine coffee experience but as a place to sit and drink a coffee it's not especially pleasant. If I were to make a recommendation I would say move the kitchen to the very back of the premises and separate it with some kind of wall to contain the noise. Then invest in more comfortable seating and get rid...

There is sidewalk parking in front, and I was advised to park directly in front.
I don't have American breakfast food often, but this was pretty good. Everything was good, except the yogurt was kind of weak (light). For the price (115K/$4.75 for the waffle plate or 160K/$6.60 for the waffle plate + drink), I'd say it's pretty good. The food is half the cost, probably, as I'd expect in the US or Korea. The combo with the drink was a limited drink menu, and it seems like a smaller amount than just ordering a drink. I tried the brown sugar coffee with milk; it was pretty good.
The interior is nice. It's probably one of the nicer decors I've seen for a café/coffee shop. I would have stayed longer had something...
