I love it. Everything had a very balanced profile / taste.

I got menu 10.

The French Style Smoked Duck Breast Wraps Forage Salad - was tender and had a nice sharp taste with the hoison sauce. The fried mushrooms they had on the side were so tasty that they won the show for me, even though they weren't the main feature of the dish.

The Shark Fin Soup with Crab Meat - It was my favorite. The profile was complicated yet very gentle, not too strong of a crab flavor, which was vital to this being as tasty as it was.

Pan Seared Foie Gras with Cranberries Suace on garlic crouton - Very nice sharp taste from the Cranberries and nice savory crunch from the garlic crouton.

Japanese Scallops - Tender and neutral taste. One of the two things I felt like were above ok. Still good, but everything else was so yummy that it made these not "pop".

Figs Balsamic Potato Puree - Balanced sweet taste, creamy texture. I like it.

Lemon Smirnoff Sorbet - While I ate it, it has a bitter undertone, with lemony overtones throughout. I wasn't sure how I felt about it, but I genuinely loved the aftertaste it left. Very refreshing aftertaste, good as a pallette cleanser if that's what they were going for.

Grilled Wagyu Beef with Armanac Flambe - The beef was very tender and had a gentle teriyaki type of flavor. The meat was very juicy. My mouth waters thinking about how savory and tender it was. (It wasn't Teriyaki, but it's the closest flavor I can compare to for you. )

Birds Nest Dessert with Rock Sugar and Lotus Seed - I honestly thought it was above ok, I understand it's a sign of "luxury" but I'm chasing flavor, not luxury.

I will give them a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as i really love their food and service the most ! Im very impressed how they do the decorations as it was me and my wife anniversary. I trusted them and let them to do the decorations for my private room and i was super satisfied! Thank you so so much 🙏🏻 There also have a live band who came in my room and play those lovely song for us. Really wonderful night that we spend over there. Service was top notch! Even better than some of the luxury hotels here in the city. The food were on the smaller portion side. I recommend ordering at least 4 dishes for a full dinner.
