Fantastic Vibes and Dishes! Good chill dinner

Only a 4, and not a 5, because, the white wine advice wasnt right, and no explanation from the staff of the Spaghettis, which seemed to be more between Spaghettinis and Spaghettis (while perfectly al dente!)

Hygiene 😁 Looks super clean from the dining area. Havent got the chance to check on toilets but i guess clean, tbc next time!

Menu and Quality 😁: Nice dishes which are not standardized as you could see in many other restos. Choice of ingredients is good: Guanciale, Pecorino... They also had Pizzas alla Pala which i didnt know about before this dinner. Good discovery for me.

Price 😶 Still reasonable providing the ingredients and the location/deco, but can be pricey for some people. So not a regular place for all, but once in a while and for dinner to chill is good.

Service 😅: Staff is in general trained, you can see it. But Menu was given in the wrong reading direction (it was upside down, so we had to turn it to be able to read, might be small details, but show lack of empathy which is important in service, or lack of attention) But for Wine, or ingredients knowledge, could be improved. Also the hast to clean the table kills the chill feeling... We were just about to finish our Pizzas alla Pala, that 2 different staffs came to clean the table... Waiters coordination is needed (the 1st staff could tell other that this table doesnt need to be cleaned yet to let the guests enjoy a bit) Cant we enjoy our time a bit more without feeling the need to leave the resto??? Pls let us enjoy the moment

Location and Vibes 😁 In a side street of Thao Dien, located in an former colonial house, they magnificiently decorated the garden terrace to create a chill cosy atmosphere where you feel you want to sit and enjoy a long dinner time. They also have an indoor area that looks like a fancy decorated bar, just as nice! Romantic for couples, and cosy atmosphere...

Disappointing experience. Good ambiance, low quality and i simply do not care the ambiance when it comes to the taste.

Pizza doesn't contain enough cheese and the taste was too salty - low quality. Dough was okay.

Note : There are many proper restaurants offer high quality pizza at same price range and cheaper. Please visit your competitors to compare what you are offering.

Chicken breasts was too dry, why?

Sauces were unsuccessful. Balzamic was mixed with water - killed all our mood.

Ceasar salad was Bacon Ceasar Salad, not Chicken Ceasar Salad. My mistake, i didn't check the menu. So i can not complain about it. Not bad. It was just a salad.

Beers and juices were okay.

Paid 836k for all these, and better quality foods can be found easily at this price range and even for cheaper.

I also asked the staff to issue the invoice to my company and send to my email address, which didn't happen too. Could you please check?

So i recommend the business owner to align your price and the service with the quality or improve the quality to deserve what customer pays.

And before all, go around and check your competitor's quality and price offers in Thao Dien and...

Tonight I ordered spaghetti carbonara and my girlfriend ordered a medium cooked beef steak.

When the food came the carbonara tasted of blue cheese and the steak was rare. I can't eat blue cheese and my girlfriend doesn't like rare steak so we said to the waiter to tell the chef.

The waiter came back and told us the chef said my girlfriend "cut the beef too soon and that's why it was rare" (what?!). As for the spaghetti, the chef said it "wasn't blue cheese but a similar tasting strong cheese that tastes like blue cheese". Me and my girlfriend swapped meals and didn't even come close to finishing the food.

I don't like leaving a negative review which is why I mentioned to the staff to tell the chef in the first place to give the restaurant a chance to attempt to fix things, but nothing was fixed or attempted to be fixed. Just passed on excuses from a chef we didn't see on a quiet Friday evening at the restaurant.

To give some honest balance, we also ordered some mashed potato which I thought was ok, if not a little salty. The bread basket was good. The waiter staff were also trying their best with what they could do.
