Good food, but..... The staff clearly needs more training. This was the second time I came here with my partner, but I am not so sure there will be a third. It was a lot busier than last time and it was clear at that point the staff at this place is very hard working. But even the most industrious workers can be let down by a lack of leadership, proper training and a system in which the employees can work and fall back on. This is clearly what happened during my last visit here. If you establish yourself as a European eating place, the least customers will expect is some basic understanding of European eating culture. It is extremely important all orders from the same table arrive at the same time. This is why we go to a restaurant after all. Eating together, having a drink together and talking about it afterwards, maybe with an extra drink if we were happy. However, when my partners dish arrived after half an hour of waiting and having to ask where the dish was, I had already finished mine because I did not want to let it go cold. This was very unpleasant to say the least. Because I was sitting there with an empty plate when my partner could finally start her long awaited meal, I had plenty of time to observe the other tables and saw similar situations. It was getting busier and thought to myself, if they already have trouble with a two-person table, what happens when there's six at one table? You don't make it much easier for yourself on a busy day with new customers arriving all the time when you bring different plates from the same table thirty minutes apart, hereby doubling the time one sits at a table, making new customers wait longer and possible losing business because of this. Lastly, when we asked for the check, another waiting game began. Chaos reigned. When the check finally did arrive, one staff member had the courage to apologise, which earned some respect for me. However, I am directing this review at the management. Your hard working staff deserves better training and leadership... Don't forget, we are happy to pay a bit more for good quality food (which St Honoré clearly has), but never underestimate the impact good or bad service has on...

Don’t go there if you have any specific dietary requirements and allergies. They don’t take it seriously !!
We asked three times for a dairy-free and egg-free burger to be sure that they were able to make something for us with those requirements. We choose two burgers and some french fries. When they brought us our meals, we could see that the bun had egg yolk on top as it was super shiny, the sauce was mayo and the patty smelled like cheese. I asked our waiter and then another waitress to check again with the kitchen if it was made with dairy due to the smell because I am allergic to dairy and can not eat egg. They both said that everything was ok and that I could eat. The waitress even said that the bun didn't got any egg on top. My partner and I tried one of the burger, the patty was so cheesy ! We couldn't miss the flavour as it seemed to be full of cheese and then check the bun again ! We could see the drops of the egg yolk on the side.
When you run a restaurant, you have to tell your staff to don't play or gamble with allergies.. That is so dangerous !
We sent back our burgers to the kitchen, paid our bill and will...

The servers here are just wonderful and we all have great memories it seems. We sat inside a romantic room with nice decoration with 100% full of fresh flowers and sparkling lights, enjoying a very delicious wine and dinner set with 5 dishes and dessert. A very nice set-up for the dining party. Meanwhile, the singer is also very sweet voice serving us in the middle of time. We had an amazing time!.
