Phở Hồi — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Arguably the best pho restaurant in Vinhomes Central Park area. I have been to almost all the shops here in Vinhome, but if I have to pick my favorite, Pho Hoi will be my Number 1 pick every time.

The best parts about this restaurant are: Wide range of meat to choose and add into your pho soup Insane soup flavor - how the hell do they make it? Sometimes, I feel like they put some weed into it or sth lol Wide range of vegetables - they would give you a set of vegetable (chilli, two kinds of coriandar, garlic and whatever vegetables i dont know names of) unlimited refill for your tra da or tra nong.

if you are a huge eater like myself, my suggested set would be: large bowl of pho with 3 choices of meat + 2 extra choices of meat + sxxtload of vegies + 1 tra...

Pho, for me, and who else can I really speak for…is ALL about the soup stock (base). My building has a pho restaurant in it but I walked 500m here in search of something more palatable. It was definitely better, but not 5 stars. Ambience is good, especially after the cantankerous 5 year old boy left the building. Friendly, attentive service. You get to choose your meat and depending on what you choose, the price varies. I chose beef shank. Medium was 72k and just an extra 4k for a large, which I got. Overall, it doesn’t hold a candle to pho le in district 5, but not many do....

I had my first real chicken pho here and I loved it so much that I had it two times. I wanted this to be my last meal before leaving Vietnam but I missed that opportunity because of time restrictions.

highly recommend. usually it's packed with locals enjoying the food within the restaurant so I took the food back to C2. Broth and Chicken is top quality and the noodles and greens and other items given to flavor according to your taste.
