I have visited your restaurant multiple times and feel compelled to share my honest feedback. Unfortunately, my experiences have been marked by dissatisfaction, particularly with the service. On several occasions, there have been errors with my orders, and the waitstaff often seem disinterested.
Additionally, the level of care provided to customers appears to be lacking. For example, water should ideally be served as soon as patrons are seated, especially on extremely hot days.
Regarding the food, I have some concerns. Serving a full English breakfast without buttered toast seems unusual, and charging extra for butter feels unreasonable. Additionally, the pork sausages have not always appeared fully cooked; despite being informed that they are boiled first, the inconsistency in their appearance and doneness is troubling. We ordered different things. I can say that they were presented well but I cannot say about the taste of it.
Better try their...

Their sourdough bread has won praise from my international friends as well as my local Vietnamese and Korean friends.
They willingly slice your bread for you at no extra charge if you request it.
I found their brownies were really fudgy, but not overly sweet. 👍👍
They package everything in paper bags; you may want to consider bringing a bag with handles for ease of carrying.

They also give a discount for day-old...
