I came to this store and asked if I could tie my dog up outside somewhere safely as I went inside to buy a few pastries. He’s 3kg and I also had a bag for him which is was wearing The security guard, doing literally nothing except playing on his phone under an umbrella, said no. So I brought the dog inside, in his bag, where I tried to quickly buy a few items, but I immediately noticed the trays were missing, there was only one pair of tongs, and none of standard items found in a regular TLJ was present. I was also immediately met with the manager who said she would help me, but no pets were allowed. I asked where should I leave him, if the security guard says he wouldn’t allow me to leave the dog outside?

She just shrugged her shoulders and said she didn’t know. Great management, completely unhelpful. She helped me get some items and the cashier was as extremely slow, when it was finally my turn to pay the card machine was also broken.

What is wrong with this location?? Everything is broken, no trays or tongs, incompetent manager, rude security guard. It’s not usually a problem to leave your dog outside, and even when i brought him inside he was inside of my bag,so I have no idea what is going on with this place but I hope it shuts down soon- i live next door and I’ll never go back. Staff are so rude, service here is deserved 0 star!!! I bought 1 pizza, 1 sweet cake and milk tea, the pizza was hard, can not eat so I asked them to heat it again, the girl took my 2 cakes tending to heat both of them but I told her give me back the sweet one which shouldn’t be heated.
