Highlands Coffee IMG — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

An extremely dirty coffee shop with rubbish all over the floor , the walls are filthy , paint falling off the wall , the floor looks like it’s not been cleaned in months , all of the windows have finger prints , tables not cleaned and I just feel uncomfortable and dirty sitting down to have a coffee. When it is made half the plastic cup is full of ice and half is coffee and milk. Disappointing is an understatement. Looking at the area outside and saw a rat run past and the path outside also is full of disguarded litter. The staff unfriendly not even a smile. The only good thing is the a/c works that’s all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

First time trying their Highlands Coffee and I went for their Phin Den Da, the iced black coffee. It's quite strong and can provide a kick for your morning/afternoon. A spacious shop with good aircon, WiFi and lots of seats! Thanks for the coffee, Highlands.
