Wayne’s Coffee — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Good coffee. Unfortunately the hygiene standards when it comes to preparing food are horrendous. I saw once one of their staff coughing copiously while preparing sandwiches. He had no mask, and couldn’t even be bothered to put his hand in front of his mouth. Another time I saw a girl touching the food she was preparing with her bare hands. She wasn’t using any plastic gloves. Each time I made a comment but it went way...

Most staff members there can't speak english. So, the custmer who is willing to visit there must communicate with them in VN. (But, they think they are speaking English)

They are also very lazy when the supervisor is not duty. Only afraid of the supervisor. Without supervisor, the quality of service is really poor in this branch!

Food and coffee is not good as much...

Food is good. Coffee is not the exact Saigonneer coffee but near! Prices a bit high but atmosphere is similar to lounge, much appreciated. Sometimes staff do not input the right order (ex: I asked to drink on site and they served a take away full of plastic drink). Overall very good and recommended to work or exchange...
