To give you an idea of how much I love this place - I am in the middle of eating lunch and writing this! It's probably the best meal I've had in Vietnam. I got the Tofu in tomatoes combo, and they let me sub banana flower salad instead of mixed salad.

Starting with the soup, it has a surprising spicy kick that thrilled me. Throughout my travels I have asked for spicy and am given a side of raw, chopped chilis. So happy to have spice cooked in. Tofu in tomatoes is a standard option most places but here it is elevated I detect some ginger maybe and lemongrass along with green onion. So good! Finally, I will likely dream about this banana flower salad for a long time to come and try to recreate it at home. The hits of mint, the sweetness of pineapple, what is this tasty dressing?? (I'm having bites of everything as I type this 😊). Ahhhhmazing!
