Ordered their traditional cold brew which was perfectly made. Absolutely no issue with the taste - much better than almost every cold brew I've had in 10 years in Japan.

Service is weak though, the woman taking orders doesn't speak English and also seems completely disinterested in trying to converse by either pointing to a menu or Google translate. Given the touristy location a little English would be great, but I would never expect it of course, but just not responding to any sort of gesturing or attempt to order is.. weird. Also they do not take card despite the slightly higher prices.

Ordered an additional cold brew to go, the price came to almost double but I was told that the takeout option is much larger in quantity. It wasn't. It wasn't even full (see picture).

Great cafe in Hue! It's close to our homestay, so we checked it out. Loved the drinks we had on the 1st day, so we decided to come back the next day to try the specials. Tasty drinks and the service was great. Friendly staff. We had a few questions on Vietnamese food and the seeds/nuts that came with some of the drinks we ordered the other day. Turns out it's lotus seeds! The more you know!

We tried 2 summer special drinks: almond coffee and thai tea. Both had a coffee jelly or grass jelly inside, which acted like boba, and we really liked it. Nice place and coffee could have been better. Service is terrible here because their staffs has no concept of service. We ordered 2 cappuccinos with side sugar but they came without sugar. We told the staff again for the sugar and had to wait over 7 mins while our coffee is getting cold. We ask another staff on the same floor for sugar but she said it comes from upstairs so I have to go up and get it myself. This is so stupid because any common sense owner would have stocked up sugar packages when customers would need and the problem of cold coffee would be solved.
