I'm Vietnamese by origin but have been living abroad ,now, I finally have the chance to visit HUE. My friends and I were wandering through the streets when we saw a unique restaurant, so we decided to go in and try the food. Since it was my first time in Vietnam, I couldn’t recognize this dish I had never seen it in my country before. I ordered three turmeric fish dishes and one fish spring roll. When the food was served, I was amazed because it was really eye catching. Although I rarely eat shrimp paste, this dish made me enjoy it.The rice noodles blend perfectly with the shrimp paste, topped with a sprinkle of peanuts and fresh herbs, creating a burst of flavors that melt in my mouth an unforgettable taste.
