We had a wonderful family dinner at Shino Sushi in Hué. There were four of us, including two children, and everyone truly enjoyed their meal! 🍣 The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We especially loved the crispy tempura rolls and the salmon sashimi that just melted in the mouth.
The restaurant is very family-friendly—the staff offered training chopsticks for the kids and were attentive throughout. The service was quick and warm.

Cons: sushi was okay. (It’s raw fish, how much can they mess that up.) But rice was horrible. Sticky and heavy. It was more like rice cake underneath. I had to cut 2/3 out before consume them.
And Miso soup came out 20 min. and miso soup was not miso soup. First time I’ve seen miso soup with so much ingredients in it. Carrots??!!!😑 Do not order them even if it is free.
