Quick delivery of food after ordering. We had a view into the kitchen from our table, seems everything clean. The staff used a short cooking break in a quite moment of no arriving customers to wipe the kitchen floor.

deliciously oily broth and not much in the way of herbs to add. The broth itself is quite good but very light in taste especially considering the amount of oil. Meats were okay but not outstanding and the brisket is very chewy....
