The restaurant is located on first floor overlooking hotel swimming pool. As you walked in, you will have a great feeling of a Vietnamese cozy yet modern and contemporary home. The concept is farm to table, authentic Vietnamese cuisine serving in a semi fine-dinning. This is the first of the three SpiceViet Restaurants (others are in Hoi An and Saigon) and in my opinion, this is the best. Staffs are excellent, they seem happy and confident to serve unlike other Vietnamese restaurants. We had several meals there and they were all good. if there is any critic, I would say overall, Hue is charging too little for their services so I am not sure how long this low price structure would last....for now, visitors should be enjoying this city and their amazing experiences her at fantastic values. They were the same soup, except one contained 4-6 pieces of asparagus and 3 shrimps, and one 8-10 pieces of tiny mushroom and a bit of crab meat. At least they both tasted alright, if not noticeably different from one another.
The main course was worse: We had a "Shrimp & Pork" Salad that was a mountain of pork with literally 4 tiny Shrimps in it. We had to look for them very hard, and there were barely any spices on the whole thing. The braised duck tasted incredibly boring, the only spice on it was turmeric. It was also very dry.
All of this for prices two to three times as high as other...

The dinner menu showcased traditional Vietnamese flavors, with dishes that felt deeply connected to Huế’s culinary history. Everything was well-prepared, fresh, and flavorful, making it a great spot for those looking to taste authentic Vietnamese food in a clean, comfortable setting.
Breakfast was simple but well executed, with a selection that covered the essentials. It wasn’t extravagant, but quality over quantity made it a good start to the day.
A solid choice if you’re looking for a restaurant in Huế that respects Vietnamese food heritage while keeping things clean and...
