I stumbled upon this coffee shop by chance and decided to give it a try to kickstart my morning on a refreshing note. The vibe of the place was incredibly chill, with the added bonus of a coffee bean machine right there on the premises. The menu offered a wide variety of coffee bean options, and I couldn't resist trying the Nha Trang Special to get a taste of what the place had to offer. Let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing!
I savored every sip of the Nha Trang Special, appreciating the unique flavors and character it brought to my cup. The coffee was expertly brewed, leaving me thoroughly impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. It was a delightful way to start my day, and I couldn't have asked for a better coffee experience.
Beyond the coffee itself, I found the neighborhood surrounding the coffee shop to be charming and delightful. The ambiance of the area added to the overall appeal of my visit, making it a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.
If you're in the area and looking for a place to relax and enjoy a fantastic cup of coffee, I highly recommend checking out this coffee shop. With its chill atmosphere, diverse selection of coffee beans, and the standout Nha Trang Special, it's sure to leave you with a smile on your face and a...
Read moreI had double ristretto, my partner had capuchino. In short, my coffee needed a little more substance. I suggested them not to extract coffee into non bpa plastic measure cup. The following comments are for coffee nuts, Arabica beans gave acidic taste. The coffee was nice, maybe barely (8.0-8.3 points) specialty grade. The looks of the roasted beans are consistent, so I guess there is a selection. Yet, I felt my double ristretto lacked the oil, the grind could be finer or more ground coffee were needed. The evidence is extraction time was very short, though the pour gave sufficient crema, the colour was light. They use both the double and single basket, in my opinion, a little difficult to adjust the amount of ground coffee when changing between the baskets. It tempted me to buy some of their grounds to test my own extractions. I suspect the barrista did not deal with the beans fairly! I will do it soon and post my comment here. … continue… I grow love this place! It becomes my daily visit! For those who want to avoid the bpa cup, drink espresso or something served in a low glass (probably lower...
Read moreI was very disappointed by my experience here. In other specialty shops the owners have asked me my preferences and usually succeed in recommending a coffee pretty close to what I like. I’ve already had superb pour over coffees in three other specialty shops in Nha Trang. Very, very satisfied at each. Several Kenyan and Ethiopian pour overs. One or two Honduran, a Guatemalan and a couple of Vietnamese arabica pour overs. All very good to excellent. One or two superb.
In contrast, my Ethiopian—“Koma” I believe it was called, was so bitter I felt it might be burned. I returned it after drinking about five or six sips (waiting for it to cool to see if it would improve). It didn’t. When I returned it explaining that I didn’t like it (after paying for it), they didn’t even apologize or ask me anything more. Just a blank look. As their price is one of the highest, their coffee was one of the worst of the specialty stores and their ambience is nothing more than a few chairs outdoors and a few intriguing looking coffee related items, needless to say I...
