😡 AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT AND KEEP YOUR MONEY, DON'T GO THERE 😡 Candid review to protect future guests: Overpriced mediocre food. Small portions and both the octopus and salmon were chewy and overcooked, probably defrosted. Had some stomach pain after too. Explains the empty tables and the 4-star rating for this wannabe 5-star place.

The kicker: Ordered some drinks that tasted really disgusting after the first and only sip and they refused to replace them with something else for free even after a lengthy back and forth.

Seems like a hotel restaurant that lives off its location (polluted & noisy main road right next to the beach) and just kind of a nice atmosphere, certainly not quality or customer service.

Destroyed what could have been a nice evening ... Surefire way to NEVER see your customers AGAIN 👎 Oh and of course add 15% hidden (service) charges that are not stated on the menu! 😤

Edit: After reading the other reviews (sort by newest to skip over the obviously placed 5-star reviews with professional pictures!!), at least I'm not the only guest left angry, seems to be the only positive thing about this awful place, never mind the obviously fake reviews ... I mean, charging for wet wipes?! Come on! I really regret not reading the negative reviews beforehand... Budget for a few nights of accommodation...

I have been to RuNam five times in the past month. Twice for dinner and three times for coffee and or cake.

Located on street level across from Nha Trang main beach, under the Costa Condominium.

The menu is extensive and has enough variety to suit everyone’s tastes.

The service is good and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The food is fresh and delicious.

The prices are high compared with other restaurants.

There is also some misinformation in other reviews about the cost of a disposable wet napkin.

The wait staff will provide both dry napkins free of charge, and a wet napkin for 5,000vnd. If you don’t want to pay the 5,000vnd don’t use the wet napkin.

(Personally I don’t think they should charge for it, or perhaps not offer it as it’s obviously annoying some people and leaves people with a negative attitude. (USD$0.20 for a wet wipe, not worth the hassle I would suggest for a business).

Inside aircon or outside alfresco. Sitting outside is quite nice, listening to the sound of the waves, albeit in between the traffic.
