My husband and I are Americans, in our 60’s, traveling Vietnam and the world. We stay in a lot of hotels. We ate the morning buffet for 8 mornings and I have to say it’s one of the best breakfast buffets we have experienced on this trip. There are made to order omelets, other kinds of egg dishes, grilled meats like sausages and bacon, a huge selection of grilled vegetables. An entire charcuterie selection with various meats and cheeses, a fresh fruit selection with about 10-15 different fresh fruits, a fresh juice case with a whole bunch of choices, a salad bar, an entire Korean foods selection, a pho and noodle selection, a Japanese food selection, local dishes like bahn mi and other Vietnamese foods. The bread and cakes and muffins and sweets have an entire room there are so many choices. There is an ice cream section. I’m sure I’m missing things because it’s so big with so many choices it’s incredible. They have a very large selection of coffees and teas they will make for you and they bring you filtered water. The dishes are cleared and the employees are so friendly. I wrote a five star review about how friendly the servers are and the hostesses to IHG. If you are close by, I strongly recommend this restaurant. My husband and I only eat two meals a day and this was an exceptional way to...

The entire team were helpful and attentive. They helped make for a wonderful experience. Some of the staff who made an impact are: Nam, Nga, Than and Uyen. Although I'm highlighting 4 people from one particular day, the staff are truly the heart of Cookbook Cafe.
We look forward to returning and breakfast was one of the highlights of our trip and stay. I'll be missing having pho...

I’m moving into the Costa apartments for 6 months which is located next door so wanted to try this restaurant.
It’s adjacent to the hotel lobby, ambiance isn’t that great but the food and service is exceptional, you do get water views.
Pricing is reasonable for a restaurant within a hotel of this calibre.
