The worst restuarant to dine in, only due to the staff and then the mediocre food served in this branch . Huynh thi chein (the most rude person to work as a server- she even covered her name tag because she knew she was messing up lol m shocked) and Ho thi ngoc na (not as bad as Huynh) . Huynh made the experience very uncomfortable - to begin with : the attitude (it matters the most) , since noone spoke english I used a google translator to order food- waited 20-30mins. (It was not a busy period yet they were confused). Then once the food arrived the server kept wipes on the table to use after the meal. Once I paid I was charged for the wipes - upon asking the reason they forced me to pay- (it is okay for me to pay , but I asked Huynh why didnt they inform me and to that she said I should pay be it whatever even if they didnot inform- on her google translator with extreme face actions and being loud of saying NO -PAY! Causing a scene . I don’t really understand this kind of behavior . As a customer I have the right to ask for being charged for something which I have not been informed about (and I asked nicely on the translator) but her attitude! All I wanted is an acceptance of missing to inform and just pay that’s it . Not for the server to cause a scene! I had an amazing dining experience at The Pizza Company in Vietnam! I ordered the Pepperoni Pizza, Pesto Shrimp Pasta, Chicken Platter, and their Wings, and every dish exceeded my expectations.

The Pepperoni Pizza was a classic done right — loaded with crispy, flavorful pepperoni and a perfectly melted cheese layer. The crust was light and fluffy inside with a satisfying crisp on the outside.

The Pesto Shrimp Pasta was rich and creamy, with a delicious basil pesto sauce coating every strand of pasta. The shrimp were fresh, plump, and cooked just right, adding a wonderful seafood touch to the dish.

The Chicken Platter was an absolute treat! A generous serving with a variety of chicken styles — crispy fried, tender grilled wings, and flavorful dipping sauces. Each bite was packed with flavor, and the platter was perfect for sharing.

The Wings were another standout. Juicy, well-seasoned, and glazed to perfection, they had a delicious balance of sweet and savory flavors. They were so good, I could’ve easily ordered a second batch!

I have to say — this was genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.

We went on a Thursday for their 50% off New York-sized pizza deal, which sounded like a great value. But when the pizza arrived, it was paper-thin — almost like rice paper. To be brutally honest, it tasted more like cardboard with toppings than actual pizza.

We had leftovers since the pizza was big, and asked the waiter to pack it to-go. She went to the kitchen, supposedly to grab a box, so we waited… and waited… 20 minutes passed, and still no sign of our food.

Eventually, we walked out — only to realize I didn’t have the leftover pizza. I went back to ask, and one of the employees (a woman) told me she had given it to an old man doing Grab delivery.

So not only did we get served disappointing pizza, but they also gave away my leftover food — food I paid for — to someone else. No apology, no offer to make it right. Tôi đến vào thứ Năm để tận dụng chương trình khuyến mãi giảm 50% pizza cỡ New York. Nghe thì có vẻ hấp dẫn, nhưng khi pizza được mang ra thì lại mỏng như bánh tráng, không hề giống pizza đúng nghĩa. Nói thẳng ra thì vị của nó giống như miếng bìa cứng có rắc topping lên vậy.

Vì pizza khá to nên chúng tôi không ăn hết và nhờ nhân viên gói mang về. Chị phục vụ nói sẽ vào bếp lấy hộp, chúng tôi ngồi chờ… rồi chờ tiếp… 20 phút trôi qua mà vẫn không thấy đồ ăn đâu cả.

Cuối cùng, chúng tôi rời đi — rồi mới nhớ ra là chưa nhận lại hộp pizza còn dư. Tôi quay lại hỏi thì một chị nhân viên nói rằng chị ấy đã đưa phần đó cho một Grab Shipper lớn tuổi (!)

Vậy là không chỉ ăn phải một chiếc pizza dở tệ, mà tôi còn bị đưa nhầm phần ăn mình đã trả tiền cho người khác. Không lời xin lỗi, cũng chẳng có động thái nào để bù đắp. Một sai sót cẩu thả đã phá hỏng toàn bộ...
