Bie’s is a great little spot just off the main drag downtown Tam Coc. It may be a little hard to find as it is just tucked in an alley, but it is worth the search. I was having the avocado toast and eggs for breakfast with a bowl of mixed tropical fruit. Both were good size portions and there was a pile of avocado. As far as coffee goes in Vietnam, I would say there’s was raining up there with my top choices.

Nice staff, we got there as the cafe was opening from an overnight sleeper. However, the egg coffee took 25 minutes to arrive and two smoothie bowls took 45 minutes to make. When they came out they were served in half a coconut shell the same size as the coffee (see reference picture) and the actual smoothie base was not defrosted or blended at all, it was chunks of hard ice cream.
