Un très beau café et restaurant, bien décoré, avec des éléments naturels comme le bois et le bambou, et des plantes, ohù nous sommes allés un soir boire un smoothie. Smoothie banane et smoothie noix de coco, tous les deux servis dans de vrais verres en verre, avec une paille en papier. C'est assez rare au Vietnam pour le faire remarquer, bravo aux propriétaires pour ce choix respectueux de l'environnement, les autres restaurants et cafés devraient s'en inspirer pour éviter le plastique. Nous y sommes retourner déjeuner le lendemain, le riz frit aux crevettes et ananas était excellent. Les rouleaux de printemps étaient bons même si le jambon inclus dans la garniture apportait un goût un peu trop fort qui masquait le reste des aliments.
