We had to ask them if we can order and point at the dishes. With google translate the staff told me that the soup has a strong smell and only koreans can eat them, which is a nice advice beforehand I guess. Food: when it finally came (the only other people there were served before us) it was plenty and tasty, I loved the soup! The prices are quite high but the portions arent as small as I am used to in Vietnam. First of all, when we get in there was a lot of tables with the dirt dishes of who had dinner before. But we didn’t care about it even if it could be an alarm for what happen after. We ordered three different meat dishes and are arrived only two, when we asked to the waiter, she said that they had put together two dishes, but we think that wasn’t true! However the problem here is that management adds a 8% surcharge at the end of the bill (for credit card payment only)!!
They pretend this is VAT, but if this was really VAT they should apply to cash payment as well (which they do not).
So either they do tax avoidance (not applying VAT on cash revenue) or they lie by calling the credit card surcharge "VAT". Either way it's...
