Wow wow we have had 3 unforgettable meals here. Food is amazing, everything so fresh. Chef owner is so vibrant and willing to explain how the ingredients are put together to make amazing meals. I have a fish allergy so have to be careful of anything added during cooking. Nothing was too much trouble. We even had lessons in how to eat the food to enjoy it to the max. Wife loved the rice paper so the owner rang her supplier and had two packs delivered whilst we ate so we could take them home. Probably the best hủ tiếu mực I’ve ever had. The food is so good and fresh, I caught a cold at Phu Quoc and came here and eat, the food is so suitable for my weak stomach, I would feel better after eating the broth. Thank goodness for this place. What’s even better is the owner is this adorable lady name Huong, she’s so welcoming and funny. One time I came at closing hour, she’d let me in and wait until I finished eating before closing and sat and chat with me telling to take my time and don’t feel rushed, she wanted me to enjoy the food. I am Canadian and my wife is Korean. We wanted to have dinner that had variety, was tasty, and reasonably priced (not the cheapest not the most expensive). We wanted good value. The place is clean and well kept. The menus are in English and Korean. We each had seafood noodles soup, shared a large platter with sides, and had 3 sugarcane juices. The total cost: 320 000 VND or 16000₩ or 16CAD. We were totally stuffed! Food was fine. Here was the exceptional part.
