Nestled in the heart of Phan Thiet, Impresso coffee shop stole my heart with its delightful combination of delicious coffee, charming ambiance, and warm hospitality. From the first sip of my perfectly brewed latte, I knew I was in for a treat. The menu boasts a wide range of beverages, catering to every coffee connoisseur, and even offers refreshing options for non-coffee drinkers.

The atmosphere at Impresso is simply enchanting. The space is beautifully decorated with a modern touch, yet retains a cozy and inviting feel. Whether you're looking for a quiet corner to work or a lively spot to catch up with friends, Impresso has something for everyone. The soft music adds to the ambiance, creating a perfect backdrop for conversation or simply enjoying a moment of peace.

But what truly sets Impresso apart is its friendly and welcoming staff. The hosts are attentive without being intrusive, always ready with a smile and a recommendation. They clearly take pride in their craft and are passionate about sharing their love of coffee with their guests.

Overrated place at the moment. The menu is very interesting and looks very impressive and unique for the whole region, but unfortunately all the menu positions are prepared unproperly at the moment.

We ordered:

1. Cold Brew with orange. It reminds a glass of iced water with few drops of coffee - no coffee taste at all. (waiting time ~10-15min)
2. !! V60 !!! Be prepared to wait around 10-15 minutes to get only a set to prepare coffee by yourself! Ok, we know the stuff, we can, but the coffee itself has very poor quality, it is overfried and has nothing in common with freshly prepared coffee, it is only overfried arabica.
3. Wafles with Shrimps/Avocado/eggs (waiting time 20-30 min) Looks pretry nice, reminds the pictures, but is absolutely tastless. The topping and sauce are ok.
4. Russian Crepes Privet (waiting time 20-30min) Not bad.
5. Capuchino is fine, not bad.
6. Yougurt bowl with fruits. (15-20min) Pineapples were not fresh and not tasty (reminded the unfrozen ones)

The service is very clumsy (sorry, but she always bothered us): they often take some stuff out of your hands, but literally ignores the empty dishes on the table. No english speaking at all. We asked to prepare our eggs on wafles the scramble style - they brought the classic eggs. We asked for conserent milk with crepes - they brought us honey.

So , the place is really overrated. It seems once they started they had very fancy coffee place, but now it is driven by people who have no idea about what they cook,...

I gave this place a chance several times. Every time I was disappointed.

The tiramisu gave me hope. And it looked really good. But when I started eating it, I found out that it was completely frozen. Like a piece of ice. And that was really unpleasant. The next moment I felt the garlic aftertaste. I thought it was a glitch. And gave it some time to melt a little. And the bread with garlic taste - it is crazy. This tiramisu was destroyed. As and my good opinion about this Cafe. The cappuccino with oat milk was watery and lacked the boldness of a good espresso. And oat milk - they are proud that they are making it by themselves. But unfortunately they should not do it... It tasted like oatmeal porridge with coffee. The cappuccino with almond milk was destroyed too - it had a lot of micro pieces of almonds. I suppose that when they were making the almond milk they filtered almonds badly. And don't even get me started on the scrambled eggs - they were overcooked and rubbery, with no seasoning or flavour whatsoever. The salad which comes with it - was too bad. It should have been thrown away a few days ago. It made me doubt about freshness of other products there...

Overall, my experience at this cafe was a huge letdown. I expected so much more from a place that seemed so promising. And such high prices are making them provide good quality service and food. I will not be returning and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal. 1 out of 5...
