Lúa cafe — Restaurant in Ta Van Commune

Hemos tenido mala experiencia. Un lugar bonito con buena ubicación para realizar trekking por sapa y buen café, es lo único positivo del lugar. Nos hemos quedado a dormir una noche, la habitación es muy simple, el baño es compartido. Si quieres dormir tranquilo, mejor que cierres los ojos y no mires nada en la habitación. Nos ha sorprendido la cantidad de insectos en todos los rincones, incluido debajo del colchón. Hemos reservado un trekking con un guía para subir al fansipan (no se recomienda hacerlo por libre por la dificultad) y nos lo ha organizado el responsable del lugar por un precio de 1500000vnd + 600000vnd del funicular para volver una vez realizada la cima, hasta ahí todo bien. Cuando hemos llegado arriba, nos hemos dado cuenta que la bajada del funicular es gratuita si subes caminando, algo que en ningún momento nos habían dicho. Nuestro guía durante toda la subida nos iba diciendo que él volvería a pie porque no tenía dinero para volver con funicular, estaba intentando dar pena para que le pagásemos la vuelta (repito, es gratuita). Cuando ha visto que no se lo íbamos a pagar (aún así le hemos dado una propina antes de darnos cuenta de la situación), se ha inventado una historia y obviamente sí que ha bajado en funicular y nos ha esperado abajo para recogernos. En ese momento nos hemos dado cuenta que la bajada era gratuita, así que al llegar abajo le hemos dicho que dónde estaban los tickets (si los hubiese comprado, nos los habría dado desde un principio). Al pedirle los tickets, ha sido tan sinvergüenza que nos ha pasado 3 tickets con fecha de 2 días antes (somos 4 y en la fecha esa todavía no estábamos ni en Sapa). Por supuesto, se ha quedado los 600000vnd de la bajada de cada uno sabiendo que era gratuito. Al llegar al alojamiento le hemos explicado la situación al responsable, que no ha hecho nada por solucionarlo ni nos ha compensado de ninguna manera, sólo tenía ganas que nos fuésemos y le pagásemos lo que debíamos. I really appreciate to this cafe. I had hard time fixing sucks motorbike which I rented from hotel! I couldn't go home and had to stay until the motorbike got fixed. It was horrible situation and i got scammed from motorbike store! But Lua cafe helps me to stay there until the motorbike would be fix. and he was interpreter between mechanic and me. I waste arond 2 hours because of motorbike! but the Lua cafe boss was really kind and very helpful... The views are very nice and the food is good but different. I ate the beef noodle soup twice, which is a good choice. I also had both a Hawaiian and Margarita pizza. The tomato sauce is very sweet and when you add pineapple onto it it is even sweeter, too sweet in my opinion. The dough is also undercooked. These two reasons are why I subtracted one food star. I subtract two service stars because though they took the order quickly, the first pizza I got took 45 minutes to get and the second took over an hour.
