We came to La Dao Spa near Sapa for a massage and lunch, and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. The massage was excellent — deeply relaxing and professionally done. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, and the view made it even more enjoyable. But what truly made our visit unforgettable was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Everyone treated us with such warmth and care that we felt completely at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I had been recommended this spa by my homestay. It was wonderful. The staff were attentive and friendly and I get at ease as soon as I arrived. I was talked through the options and opted the combo of a 75 min traditional massage and herbal bath. I hadn’t been able to find prices online prior to visiting but this came to 650,000 VD. I had the bath for 30 minutes, and they made sure that I was super happy with the temperature. My masseuse’s English was less than the first person who attended to me when I arrived but they were friendly and still found ways to communicate and ensure I was comfortable. The La Dao traditional massage uses a wooden tool to tap at times but it is not painful, just a different sensation. Would definitely recommend going to this spa is staying near Ta Van town or anywhere in Sa Pa area. Lá Dao Spa feels like a little paradise tucked into the mountains of Ta Van. The view from the herbal bath is absolutely breathtaking — you sit in the hot tub looking out over endless rice terraces, and if you open the window you can breathe in the crisp mountain air (while generously feeding a few lucky mosquitoes).

The whole place is beautifully designed, peaceful, and blends perfectly with nature. It’s the kind of spot where time slows down — perfect for relaxing after trekking or just escaping the noise of Sapa town. Staff are friendly and welcoming, making the experience feel both comfortable and special.
