We came with a group of 7 and decided on the 3-course Peking Duck because not everyone in our group ate fish. The first course, the crispy skin with pancakes hoisin sauce was not too bad. The skin was crispy as expected, but some parts cut perhaps a bit too thin as it was only skin, I’m used to having a very thin layer of fat/meat, nevertheless acceptable. The second course was amazing , tender duck meat with Hủ tiếu type noodles an unexpected but delicious combination. The final course which took longer, but we’ll worth the wait was a hotpot made with the remainder of the duck, the boney parts with what is usually the chewiest meat and also the fat, but it was also deliciously tender and easy to eat.
