Omagerd! I love this place. But I hate it. Because it is already being overrun and overpriced—200 baht for a coffee?! Its dried-flower, granny’s-attic, Tim Burton-y aesthetic has already filled it so full of the IG/TikTok crowd that it’s difficult to take a pic without being photo-bombed by someone else taking pics of the flower arrangements, the perfectly matching sable cat, the slices of cake (delicious, btw) with their gorgeous floral toppings, the crema-topped coffees (only so-so, alas), the literal wallflower wallpaper (natch), the dust-covered window panes, I could go on and on. Truly a magical place that has been turned into a meta cliché for the social media age, with wall-to-wall, would-be influencers. Actually dining here has become so incidental to its role as totem for the holiday makers that staff were surprised when I asked for a fork to eat my cake. Wallflowers is dead. Long live Wallflowers. Pro tip: lilies in table arrangements for a restaurant are a no-no, since they tend to smell like funeral parlors, or like a toddler who wet their pants. Not appetizing.

Amazing late night out with my best friend! I haven't back to BKK for five years and so many nice, interesting cafe popping up during that time. The cafe is a piece of art and I'm in love with this place so much. The whole building inside has different and unique decoration, I'm so impressed by that. Because it wasn't busy night plus, I went there kind of late, another room from the bottom to the top are empty so we enjoyed taking tons of pictures without interruption. At the rooftop, it was so beautiful, trendy and chic. Some customers are Thai, and some are tourist. It's good to have a place like this more nowadays. Drinks are simple just like regular cocktails menu and the price point is good. I guess Thai youtuber or influencer are already here but for me that just came back, I enjoy so much and, in the future, if I come back again I will probrably bring more friends here.

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. The drinks we tried were not worth it. The dark beer cake looked beautiful and tasted quite nice, well-balanced and moist. Price: 200 THB (very high but at least it delivered) Signature drink “tamarind coffee” literally tasted like an espresso tonic that you could get for much cheaper in Europe. No hints of “salt-cayenne”, hints of tamarind only at the bottom of the glass. Looks beautiful when it’s served but placing a big ice cube on top as a decoration is impractical - your lips will freeze when they come in contact with it. Adding a metal straw to the glass would be reasonable, if you can’t omit the ice cube. Price: 250 THB (almost 6,5€) As much as cocktails at some of the top rooftop bars in Bangkok 😳 I got no rooftop view here. Drip coffee. We asked for the one with the most acidity, yet the coffee that we received still ended up being mostly bitter, with bitter aftertaste and almost no acidity. It still definitely tasted like specialty coffee and not the regular dark-as-hell coffee in SE Asia but the price (250 BHT (6,5€)) is insane considering we didn’t even get what we were promised 🤯 INSANE. The staff was actually quite nice but the 10% additional service charge is not justified. We didn’t receive any napkins, nor did we receive any complimentary drinking water (something a place with such high prices should do automatically). It surprised me that the second floor was completely empty even though we were told the place was fully occupied - I guess only the few tables on the ground floor were accessible to the guests at the time of our visit. The rooftop was inaccessible as well (it opens at 5:30 p.m.), shame, maybe the view would make it worth it.

As a cake lover I always look for the best place to have cake where ever I go. So here is the review for all so u all can decide if this is the place for u Cakes - tried carrot cake and fruit tart both of them were of good quality and freshness! 9/10. Price range 190B - 200B which is on the pricier side to me but I would have them any day. Vibe - rusty and old town vibe however that also means that the seats are not comfortable 3/10 and aircon is barely working 3/10 inside the cafe which u would expect to be better given the price of the cake and drink. In all u are not going to like chilling out here, have your cake and get out type of cafe. Fyi there is one sofa table and when we tried to seat there we were told that it’s reserved for a large group of 4 or more. Moment later a group of 3 pax were given that table when there are other tables that could seat 3 pax. Double standard? Lastly which is the most important factor for me personal - the service is poor, real poor. We ordered 1 cake to start and was told - “there is 2 of u so there’s got to be 2 orders” actual words. We are most likely going to have 2 or more but to be told that is just a huge turn off. The communication could be better and not sound as though we are cheap! Having good product is one but possessing a hospitality mindset in the F&B sector goes a longer way. 2 stars rating is purely for the quality of the cake. There are better place to spend 500-700B in Bangkok for me.

Nestled within the quaint lanes of Soi Na Na near Chinatown, Wallflowers Cafe exudes a quintessential hipster vibe. Here, you'll find Lady Instagrammers posing with dreamy gazes over their pastries, bearded individuals who profess to hold the secrets of life, and cakes that could rival any bakery in town. With prices starting at 200 THB, it may not be the most budget-friendly spot, but that's part of its allure, isn't it? Everywhere you look, there are lush greens, delicate flowers, and charming wooden accents reminiscent of a fairytale cottage. It's not just a cafe; it's an immersive experience, and they seem to take it seriously—they even transition into a bar come evening. I can't help but wonder what that transformation entails. Their mocktail fell a bit short of the hype, leaving something to be desired.

We walked in without a reservation, and although busy, they were able to accomodate. There are many levels and stairs in the venue, but every floor is beautifully decorated and had a great atmosphere. Middle levels were less busy and more quieter, top level was busy and had a lively atmosphere. We ordered mocktails and they tasted incredible. Possibly best drinks we’ve ever tasted and they looked magical! The menu had lots of options, Asian and Western style food. We ordered Japanese dishes as it appeared to be a cuisine highlighted in their menu. Food was exquisite. Service was wonderful. Helpful, patient waiters that had good English. We were able to pay card at the venue as well. Would recommend for a romantic date night or drinks and dinner with friends. Awesome spot!
