We Love Eggs And That's No Lie @ Hereduan Street Food. . Established in March 2020, Hereduan Street Food is best known for their luscious creamy egg omelette rice bowls and generous portion of seafood in each dish. . The Salmon Sashimi Salad In Fish Sauce (THB ฿340 / SGD $13) features thick cut strips of succulent tender fresh salmon fish loin sashimi with meaty sweet savoury flavour, over a bed of crisp salad (chye sim / Chinese flowering cabbage, red onions) with vegetal sour sweet earthy flavour, dressed with fish sauce and red chili which lends savoury salty spicy flavour. Rather addictive though the heat builds on the palate. . Loved the Khao Khai Khon Gratiem Kor Moo Yang / Scrambled Eggs Omelette Crepe And Garlic Pork Neck Rice (THB ฿240 / SGD $9), which features a luscious creamy soft scrambled eggs omelette crepe over fluffy white rice tossed with garlic, carrying eggy grainy sweet savoury spice flavour. Garnished with succulent tender crunchy slices of grilled pork neck, lending smoky meaty savoury salty flavour. A satisfying bowl. . Enjoyed the Khao Khai Khon Gratiem Bu / Scrambled Eggs Omelette Crepe And Garlic Crab Rice (THB ฿590 / SGD $23). This has luscious creamy soft scrambled eggs omelette crepe over fluffy white rice tossed with garlic, carrying eggy grainy sweet savoury spice flavour. Garnished with generous chunks of tender luxurious deshelled blue swimmer crab meat, lending briny salty sweet savoury flavour. So nice, we kept reaching for more. . The Hor Mok Pla / Steamed Red Curry Fish Paste (THB ฿180 / SGD $7) resembles Otah-Otah, with a springy mackerel fish paste spiced with red curry, steamed in a banana leaf mould. Topped with a holy basil leave, this carries robust meaty savoury salty spicy...

See a lot of this restaurant from YouTube, and also high review. That’s make us wanted to try this so bad.

Was here on Monday at around 830pm there are about 5 table are waiting and we waited for 30++ min

Comments - we were waiting outside for almost 10min and no staff/manager are bother come and take name or advise how to get number, the next person just come in and push the door the staff immediately think that she come before me (this is disappointed) not because of 1 table different but the management just don’t bother create a proper Q-ing system

No doubt they he food are good and the portion are not bad compare to other Thai restaurant, but then the noodle are too oily till the end, too much garlic and bird eye chilies

To whom who can’t take 🌶️ 🌶️ please don’t pick my selection, if you need spicy challenge try the soup with fried egg and this will surprise you

Environment - seat are not as comfortable on my liking. Table are still wet when they seated us, I foresee they just spray clean the table (again not even bother to double wipe and so when we seated there are not wet)

Ouh between they have promo like and share get free drink, usually I will do that but not...

Saw the 4.9 stars review and decided to come by and give it a shot, especially since it’s elevating of the normal Thai dishes which already is yummy 🤤

Ordered their specialty eggy rice with basil chilli and crab, alongside the instant noodle dish with pork - and both were amazing!

🦀 the portion of crab is generous, it’s almost like a crab dish if anything, not to mention that it’s properly flavourful as well. The level 2 spice was alright for us, does get a little spicy if you do swallow the chilli itself. 590 baht was well worth it.

🐖 the pork slices were very well marinated and was a little crispy, very unique! The instant noodle was well seasoned though a little salty. Very worth the money at 160 baht.

⏰ there wasn’t a wait on Saturday at 1830, but it did get crowded once we were seated, don’t assume it to be too much of a wait if you are coming by after 1830 based on my experience here

🚻 toilets has quite a bit of flies going around though, might need some cleaning or fly traps to manage the situation upstairs

Overall, for the price point and the quality of food, it’s well deserving of its...

Before me lies a feast that speaks in the language of comfort and quiet indulgence. The first dish, a plate of golden noodles, glistens like strands of silk kissed by fire. Each ribbon of noodle, darkened by a rich, savory sauce, cradles the tender slices of grilled pork—juicy and perfectly seared, as though the flame itself took its time to craft every bite. It is a dish that hums with warmth and whispers of familiar joy, with every strand promising depth and delight. Beside it rests a bowl that feels almost poetic—a cloud of soft, molten scrambled eggs, golden as a late afternoon sun, cradling succulent slices of pork. The meat, crowned with a scattering of crispy fried garlic, offers a gentle crunch before yielding to tenderness, like a memory you can taste. The egg, creamy and delicate, wraps around every bite as though to soothe the soul. A small dish of fresh, green chilies in fish sauce stands ready, like a sharp verse to balance the mellow notes, ensuring that each mouthful is not just a meal but a melody—a story of contrast, harmony, and simple perfection.
