Stayed at this hotel many times but most likely will be my last time . Receptionist at front desk:BAD attitude from most of the ladies at the front desk as if I owe them money ! Not acceptable. I noticed a lot of good comments from westerners but to Asians the staffs attitude is totally the opposites. Either they ignored my question or reluctantly replied! Very impatient, if I know i wouldn’t even bother asking! P/S : Management kindly look into this matter as we hope that as ambassadors of the Land Of Smile, you shouldn’t tolerate practicing double standard and it’s good to be courteous and polite to your guests. By the way, do non westerners pays cheaper price to be treated that way? To be fair, bell boy, security, pool bar, housekeeping staffs and some male staffs is helpful and friendly . Room: clean accept for chair which was very dusty ( told receptionist and house keeping came and try to clean up to no avail) . Fixture and furniture is old. Rundown but it’s ok.Was given a room right besides the laundry room which was pretty noisy where people kept walking up and down talking and giggling loudly. And I notice other guest not staying at level 9 can access to that floor. Location: convenient and happening at the busy Chinatown . Pool: nice rooftop bar despite pool being a bit small( understandable as this is not a new hotel and space is pretty limited).

In our last 2 visits we stayed at Hotel Victory Residences near Victory Monument area. This time we wanted a change, so stayed in this hotel located in the Chinatown area. What a lovely place to be in Bangkok. The property is very good but the rooms do not offer good view. Only the rooms on the road side had a view and we were lucky to get one. We could see how the crowd, gentry, traffic change with changing times of the day. Hotel staff are friendly and good. There is a roof top swimming pool on 15th floor with a bar. That's the only smoking area inside the property. Restaurant is on the 14th floor. Fantastic food, particularly the breakfast. You can see the skyline and the Chao Phraya river which flows nearby. You can see the tall spires of Wat Arun while having breakfast, lunch or dinner. Nearest Metro station Wat Mangkon is about 150 meters from the hotel. The best part is street food. In the morning till about 2 pm you will be able to find enormous numbers of eateries lined inside the lanes adjacent to the hotel. They serve cheap yet great food and all are prepared fresh, so warm. Rooms in the hotel are good. However one thing that was not to my liking was the lighting in the washrooms/toilets. There should be a bright light above the wash basin mirror which was missing. I am surely going back to the hotel once more.

Everything was great at this hotel with a plus mention about the complimentary breakfast, probably the best we ever had at a hotel, anywhere in the world. The rooms are spacious and serviced daily. Two water bottles are provided every day and are very welcome in the Bangkok heat. Plenty of towels and changed daily. Kettle and coffee and teas. Laptop size safe. Minibar/fridge empty but very handy for your cold needs. Power outlets adapted for various combinations. AC working with no issues. Three elevators ensure smooth access to any floor. Super fast, stable WiFi. A 7Eleven right beside the hotel. Very friendly staff. Option to safely leave luggage if arriving before checking in time. Roof top pool and bar are great, unfortunately because of busy schedule went only once, wish had more time especially in the evening for the city views. The Blue Metro line is just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel Being in the middle of Chinatown is a big plus, in the evening stepping out of the hotel lobby brings you in the middle of all great street market experience with countless food and souvenirs stalls I will return to Bangkok and I know for sure I'll be back here. Highly recommended !

Excellent location, outstanding rooftop bar, pool and gym, and great staff. I chose this hotel due to the well-priced rates and the great location, and I wasn’t disappointed. When you walk out the reception you are on the main road through Chinatown with all the lights, street food markets and restaurants, it’s incredible! The room I had was an internal one with no windows....however, with the noise outside in Chinatown this was a good thing and I spent so much time out and about or on the roof that it did not matter. The staff were all very helpful resolving any issues I had (including installing a WiFi router in my room as the signal from the corridor was not strong enough), so excellent service from them. I did not eat in the hotel but enjoyed a couple of drinks by the pool at sunset: this is a MUST. The sunset on the roof is gorgeous, and the beer deals are worthwhile getting. This place also had one of the best gyms I have had access to, with plenty of space to work out in and incredible views. My hotel experience was brilliant from start to finish, I will definitely be going back!

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was super clean, modern, and comfortable. There is a roof top bar/pool which had a really good vibe at night time as lots of guests would head up there for drinks and to listen to music or have a swim. The food served up there was really delicious too! Being right in the heart of Chinatown, it's very busy. We stayed during the Lunar New Year and it was absolute pandemonium, but in the best way! There is so much street food down stairs from the hotel, and a 7/11 a couple of doors away if you need any staples. Also within reasonably short distance to MBK shopping mall, the aquarium, museum, Madame Tussauds, Caturday Cat Cafe. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Oh and there is also a laundry room if you need it. If you're stuck on what to do, I'd suggest doing the Bangkok Highlights tour through Khanom Travel. You can contact them via Facebook or their website. The tour guide took us to temples, a floating village, through some shopping strips, and also helped learn how to use public transportation, tuktuk, ferry, taxi etc.

Stayed one night. Room was plain and boring in design. Bed was comfortable. A very stingy amount of toiletries was provided for 2 persons. The price-quality ratio of the room is on the low side. The worst part of the hotel waa the car park. Really windy and narrow path up. It was hard to navigate, especially for the big car (SUV) we drove, and felt like a death trap. The check-in process was also hopeless. We weren't allowed to park our car inside the car park until we checked-in. After our check-in, we had to go back to our car again to drive it up to a proper parking lot. Then we couldn't get into the hotel from the car park because the check-in desk did not give us an access card. And when we got the access card, it only worked on the entrance on the first floor. Which meant we had to take a lift down from our car parked on the second floor before we could take another lift to our hotel room. Really tiring and a waste of time. This is not the worst hotel I have stayed in. But I certainly will not be back.
