Not sure who hired Alexander, but they should definitely be reevaluating his position as well as theirs. I called this store because I received my order completely messed up. He didn’t provide his name at the beginning of the call. No apology for his inconsistency, he just said “bring your receipt back and we will remake it” . I just got off work and it’s 6am. I’m not about to drive all the way back over there in a hurry. This “manager” is the employee messing up the orders, and not even apologizing for it. It is clear this man doesn’t posses basic people skills not to mention customer service. He is probably at high school level, maybe… I’m still shocked that this man is running this restaurant over night, or even hired. I guess that’s also why they stuck him when less customers go in… Alexander should definitely have a position away from paying customers. A very bad look for the company and this location. Lesson learned for yall, you won’t lose money and product if your cooks aren’t lazy and make what the customer orders AND PAYS FOR CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME. If I pay for grilled onions , I obviously want grilled onions not raw.
