October 9, 2020. I visited this place and what can I tell you? From some time ago to this day, I have not had such a spectacular moment. I usually make the recommendations last, but this one deserves to be done before. I recommend the place 500%. Where do I start? I sat down at the table and immediately the service was excellent. The waitress named Kayce started with good morning, an excellent attitude that made me feel that I was well received. She asked me what was offered to me and also gave me excellent recommendations regarding the drink and you know what? it was the best choice. Then I was unsure what to eat and she recommended the margarita pizza. I told her, I have tried several so far and none like the one I tried in Houston a while back. I know she felt challenged, but she assured me that this was the best option. I'm not lying to you, it was the best option. Fresh, natural, the flavors in the touch, the ingredients to perfection and the taste like food of gods. I think the authenticity stood out in the food and yes, I will be back for sure. Service: check, Drink: check, food: check, cleaning: check, tranquility: check, style and class: check, price: check. But those who follow me know that I always speak the truth and I don't fall in love with places so easily. In what failed? Most of the time when I sit down to look at the menu, the first thing I see is the dessert menu. Today I was going with my mind on a Tiramisu dessert. What she never offered me that I wanted for dessert (directly). Yes, every moment she ask me, Need something? all good? Do you want something else? But from then on, I was left with the desire for dessert. Because at that time I didn't have dessert in mind, I was enjoying the moment. For the rest, do not hesitate to visit the place. Excellent to spend time alone, with friends, lovers, etc. If it is a familiar place, but I rather see it having a good time and enjoying every second that you spend sitting in the chair. Thank you Kayce, you make the place a mega special and enjoyable one. They should give you a raise or at least recognize you as the person who gives the best service. I say this because the three people who gave the service at the nearby tables, never compares with this service. Their enthusiasm was noticeable across the floor from afar. And sometimes I like going to relax rather than go to eat, and in my case it was the best...
Read moreWow this place really pulls out all the stops when they are slammed and super busy with customers. I saw my server handling 5 tables alone and he still managed to get my drinks out within 5 minutes. These guys are short staffed, underpaid, overworked, treated poorly and have to listen to spoiled brat customers complain about how their pizza is "warm" and not "fresh out of the oven hot" because of the 25 second walk from the kitchen to the table.
servers are like real life super hero's, maybe instead of pointing the finger at every little imaginary precieved slight you could point that finger at yourself and take the opportunity for some personal growth. So the server took an extra 3 minutes to prepair your drink, is that inconsequential inconvience enough of a problem to justify adding your 2 cents to their dump truck load of stress?-
(And for what? What do you gain? When you complain AFTER you got your drink, you are effectively attacking an individual who spent the last 7 hours flawlessly and sincerely faking respect and humbly SERVING hundreds of entitled complainers just like you. And the best part? This mistreated servant is virtually entirely dependent on YOU to pay for the degrading services that they have already rendered with only an unspoken "good faith" promise that you, the customer will pay fairly for the aforementioned services.)
-Maybe the problem is that YOU have poor patience and you expect everything to be instant and on your timline because you are a spoiled self-important narcisist. Maybe instead of childishly lashing out at an honest, hard-working local business (on the INTERNET like a cave troll (because even YOU know deep down that all your melodramatic complaining about the smallest most trivial inconveniences makes you a huge douche who reasonable, mature adults avoid like a plague)) you could try complimenting them on what they did RIGHT and paying them a fair and honest tip. But what do I know? Its pretty obvious your cry baby complaining and criticizing isnt for the business or even prospective customers, but to make you forget for just a second how much of a spoiled, waste of space, disappointment you are.

Read moreOk, let me start off by saying REVIEW YOUR BILL! They tried to charge me for a soft drink refill which is listed on their menu as free refills. We were promptly seated and drink orders were taken. We also ordered an appetizer. The appetizer was my favorite of the dishes we ordered.
Then we ordered a pizza and a main. The main course came sans bread. I had to ask the waitress about the bread and then it was brought out. There was zero interaction/interest from the waitress to attend to our table. It was at this point I decided I was not going to leave a tip. I had an empty drink by the time the pizza arrived and it just set there empty. Eventually, we just called the waitress over for a refill, and wouldn’t you know it, she brings out the wrong drink. This is your job to make sure you do these things right, if you aren’t sure/don’t remember what I ordered, look it up on your computer.
The food was bland, flavorless and unimpressive. Noodles tasted like store brand, chicken was old, tomato sauce was just tomatoes, no garlic, shallots, or any depth of flavor. They threw on some basil at the end to try and trick us.
For the grande finale they bring out the bill, which I reviewed for errors, of course there was an extra drink refill on there, I bring it to the waitress’ attention and she has the audacity to tell me it’s for the soft drink. My wife’s drink was a lemonade (they charge for those), but mine is supposed to be free. I told her that soft drinks are free refills (it’s listed on the menu). If she meant that the refill was because she brought out the wrong drink, that’s not my fault.
All in all, save your money and go elsewhere. This food is overpriced, under-seasoned, and you’ll likely get charged for something you shouldn’t be...
