READ BEFORE BUYING. I'm going to run you through a timeline of the few days I've owned what was supposed to be a premier bed. DELIVERY -Delivery came with the wrong foundation. -After the 3rd hour and bringing the correct foundation they incorrectly placed hoses, kinked and twisted causing slow inflation. SLEEP QUALITY -The mattress feels like your sleeping on a bubble. -When I select a 25 number my butt touches the foundation, so I left mine at 35 and my wife left hers at 30. -When we adjust numbers we roll towards and away from each other. -After waking up from horrendous discomfort, I slept on the couch and my wife called tech support at 3 AM. My wife discovered the padding under the air chambers were bunched up on one side. The tech rep told us we can buy a center foam wall to help with rolling towards each other. -After spending the next day talking to a customer service rep she was told it would take a week for someone to come out but that they would replace the bed in its entirety. -When service techs arrived 1 week later they only installed a foundation and hoses. We were told by a customer service rep we would also have the wedge and air chambers installed. The technician was confused, looked at his notes and said: "no were only here to install the foundation/houses, you'll have to install the air chambers and wedge yourself". -I called to cancel and was told I could not cancel until 30 days pass from the time of purchase. That's incorrect. So, I asked for the supervisor. The supervisor tells me that I don't need to wait for 30 days and that we can have it picked up in 15 days but it's going to cost me $199. What?! After thoroughly explaining my case, I was told that if we wait until the 30th day that the refund would be waived. So I have to wait even longer and hold onto a product that I no longer wish to deal with just to have it picked up for free? Yep. Piss poor. Between the technician disservices and the sleep quality, this is not worth $3,500. It feels like a $100 inflatable mattress and I'm out $400 for delivery/pick up. Read moreMy 1st and only experience in the store went well. I was not intending to buy when I walked in but they got me. I really was an easy mark though. I've been sleeping on an air mattress for over a month so I would have taken anything. I worked with Rebekah. I was immediately greeted even though the store was quite active since it was a busy Saturday and they were having a sale. I mentioned to her that I was on my lunch break and had no more than an hour to spare so I would be happy to return after 6pm if things took long. She was able to show me options, have me test them, show me extras like bedding, run my application, charge me and have me out the door in less than 50 minutes. And that includes a 5 minute wait for a register to open up. Over all my experience was pleasant. The only suggestion I have is that the employee should be more discreet when discussing their customers financial information. The store is not large and it is very open so it is easy to hear every conversation. I noticed one gentlemen practically whisper the amount his customer was approved for since he noticed I was standing only a foot away. At another register I heard a female employee loudly announce the amount her customer was approved for. It was not much and clearly not enough to finance what she needed. The poor customer looked...
Read moreDont go here if you like customer service. If you want to make a sale, you need to listen! My husband and I are comparison shopping for a new mattress and Sleep Number was on the list. The Female sales representative did not introduce herself till several minutes into talking to us. We liked the pressure point demonstration. When it came to discussing models, features and prices is where they lost my business completely. I was trying to discuss price and the sales associate just kept bringing up finance options. I understand bringing it up once however, after a customer tells you one time they are not interested in financing options you don't try and push it three more times. As I continued to ask the cost of regular maintenance for the mattress, the sales representative wanted 10 minutes of my time and effort to eventually tell me she didn't know the answer to my question and she didn't even offer to find out the answer.
