Whoever the two women were who worked the shift on 9-14-18 at 4pm: Not trying to be mean, but I have been going to this subway for years and one thing I always liked was their chocolate chip cookies. They were always so soft and “ooey and gooey” and just all around wonderful...until today. It’s one thing to have a batch of crappy cookies once in a while but a total different thing to make a person feel like what they are asking for is the impossible. This started out about cookies but quickly turned into an issue of principle. My cookies were stale and hard. I went to the front and asked if I could have some softer cookies. The younger girl looked at me like I was stupid and said “they are baked fresh here everyday so I don’t know. I can’t really tell you.” Really? Put on some damn gloves and give them a squeeze?! Geez! Some people are so dense it’s ridiculous. I did not say any of this to her but I was thinking it. I just stared at her blankly and another older woman came up asking what was wrong. I told her the exact same thing. I asked her if they started doing something different on how they baked their cookies and guess what she said.... “Oh we don’t bake them they send them to us.” So basically, I was lied to by the younger girl who had left the counter area was no help whatsoever. Those cookies were days old, I don’t care what anyone says. They were horrible. The warmer was not even on. They are always warm and gooey. I was so offended that I told them to forget about the refund and that I just wanted to get the hell out of there. I will never be going back. If you’re going to lie to your customers at least get your story straight. It’s a petty complaint over stupid cookies, yes, but it’s really about piss-poor customer service and principle. They should be ashamed of themselves....oh and start serving the cookies that made...
Read moreThree stars is generous. As someone who has been eating the same sandwich at Subway and comes from a family that ran several locations for over 10 years I’m pretty astute about how Subway works. First of all the Sandwich Artist Alfredo did not wash his hands after coming from the back per Subway policy. He did put on gloves and asked me what I wanted, no greeting or acknowledgement prior. I told Alfredo that I would like a steak sandwich on Italian made Deluxe. he barely filled the scoop so I got a regular amount of meat instead of 50% more so that was a second strike. He also rolled his eyes as the meat was warming and I inquired as to why there appeared to be dried cheese on my bread, mind you I have a severe cheese allergy. He changed the bread and added the meat. I told him I wanted only lettuce and Chipotle sauce. I like a ton of sauce and each time I asked for more he would add a strip and put the container back. I told him I wanted at least 8 swipes, he put six and called it a day. I asked for more and he just added another swipe. At that point I was so over it I took my sandwich and went back to my hotel with the only satisvery aoft faction that the bread was very soft, hence...
Read moreI went there on 5th november around 9:45 pm. The lady who was making the sandwich was constantly talking to the phone all the time. She held her phone with one hand and carelessly prepared the sandwich with the other. She didn't even look at the sandwich properly. Mine was an online order. She didn't read the instructions and ingredients properly. Luckily I was there and saw her making my sandwich without any onion while I specifically asked for extra on my online order. I went up to the counter and asked her to give more onion. There were more instruction from me, like toasting the bread, cutting the sandwich into 3 pieces, some ingredients extra and some less - but she didn't follow any of that. I was too agitated to even ask for those things.
P:S: There was another lady making sandwich and she was really nice. Saying this because the negligent lady who was making my sandwich was forgetting a lot of things. sometimes not turning on the oven, keeping a sandwich unattended, etc. The nice lady was noticing everything while making other sandwiches and was silently doing everything the negligent lady was forgetting. It's very unfortunate that the negligent lady made my sandwich but not...
