Nadia's Express — Restaurant in Lusaka Province

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is always horrible, especially one cashier named Precious. Queued up and when it was my turn to order she faced the other way, so I went to the other cashier and she quickly resumed to serve someone else. She saw me over and over and continued to serve another person ahead of me. I asked her why she wasn't serving me and if she hadn't noticed me the whole time and she said no and continued to serve others. Her fellow employee just sat there asking me what I wanted to order and kept laughing as I was trying to air my concerns. I told her how they were being rude and she said it's not her fault. So comical. She eventually tapped Precious and she didn't bother to even look my way. Never ordering there again. Your staff will keep dragging your already declining...

The stuff workers have bad customer service the cashiers don't greet the people saving food are rude it has happened twice my first encounter was I kindly asked the man making shawarma to add what I wanted to eat but then he wanted to give me an already made shawarma and i refused his response madam you are just going to wait for a long time here the second encounter was when I requested not to add onion to my burger but and the person went ahead and added them this made me a bit furious. The chicken Sharwama’s were average however their beef burgers are disgusting the beef patty was burnt and didn’t taste like beef. The latty tasted like goat meat and has no lettuce or Tomatoes. The burger bun was burnt. The burger is a 0/10 very terrible!! The waiting time was too long and staff were rude. I was so excited to try it after hearing they have the best sharwama’s in Lusaka unfortunately my experience was parallel to recommendations. Save your money and go to Troy’s or after Ten.
