The apartment is not within walking distance from Kota Laksamana, it's on its own with no shops nearby, so if you don't have a car, you will have to depend on Grab to get to places to eat/drink/shops.
The apartment is small, upon entering, it has a strong body odour left by cleaners or previous occupants. We found cup with teh tarik residue (milk and tea). We found the pillows smelled of head sweat. We found rubbish packed in bin bags left in the utility room, not sure why it wasn't taken out or removed from the apartment unit.
Maple Home manages the place. They try to have a nice reception area, collect RM150 deposit , and return upon check out without first checking if anything broken/taken from the room, so I'm not sure what the deposit is taken for (maybe for lost of card?).
Apartment unit even though on high floor, could hear motorbikes zooming past, it shows the unit is badly sound proof. Very hard to get a good night sleep. Toilet has no screen, so when you shower, likely the whole bath room will be wet. Furniture is basic, they covered the dining table with a plastic sheet/laminate, making it look very cheap.

I stayed on the 30th floor and enjoyed the city view, especially at night.The check-in process went smoothly, and the host was very helpful and responsive.The check-in was "self check-in," simply followed the rules.
However, there are a few issues that need attention:
There is no mirror in the room for getting ready; the mirror is only in the bathroom.
The water pressure of the shower heater is weak, which make me feel not satisfied due to the low pressure.
There are stains on the bed sheets and pillows (refer to the attached photos).
