Bali Residences Al Fateh — Hotel in Malacca

Verily a great place for homestay. Especially for small families. Two rooms with enough towels are readily available. The homestay is very clean. Soap and shampoo are also provided. Got a cute little corner for children especially to the girls. And there's a little home (above the sofa) and slide for young children to play. WiFi is available and fast streaming. And this is a smart home. Which is the most I like and it's very convenient. You can just give the prompts as guided by the owner. Strategic location, great view. Lots of restaurants nearby. Got swimming pools which are great for kids and adults. Two parking lots for cars are provided by the owner. Just follow as instructed by the owner. Very friendly, fast response and helpful owner. Just text/call the owner if you need help. Even then, the owner provides lots and lots of videos for you on how to do self check-in and self check-out, how to give prompt for the Smart Home and etc. What I love the most, we are rest assured as it's for Muslims only. Anyway, this will not be the last for us to stay here. Will definitely come and stay here again! Kudos to the owner! If I could, I should give more than 5...

Spectacular experience and worthwhile stay!

Very helpful & friendly host. They were following up us from time to time and provided us with guides & clear instructions.

5 stars facilities for family with small children stay/gathering. We were stunned with the swimming pool which exactly like a water theme park. The kids were excitedly enjoying the pool. There were rock climbing for kids, playground which was very suitable for active kids. In fact, we enjoyed the futsal court facility which we brought the ball to play with kids. As adults, we love the adult swimming pool so much. The glass wall was really unique.

We love the gym as well!! It had beautiful scenery and variety of exercise -machine.

The unit was impressively clean, minimalist and comfy. And we had first experience of staying in smart home 😄. We love the ambience, very ideal staycation for our family. I personally had very good sleep while having zikir played by the Google smart home.

Cleanliness : 5/5. Very clean for furniture, house, bedsheet, toilet, floor, etc. New building and well managed common area.

House Fixture: 5/5. Modern interior design and simple furniture (new) as well as accommodated with google smart home, Disney+ Hotstar, washing machine, kitchen appliances.

Accessibility: 5/5. Free 2 parking bays and easily accessible from major roads. Main road jammed during holiday period. High speed lift but a bit cramp during check-out.

Neighbourhood : 4/5. Apartment a bit far from halal food shop, we use grab-food to purchase food. 700m from Family-Mart Porto Historia.

Building Facilities: 5/5 (Full condo facilities). 2 nos. swimming pool dedicated for children and adult and rental swimming suite via vending machine.
