Westfield Chermside is one of the largest & most modern shopping precincts in Australia, it is a fantastic place to shop, a great meeting place for people to get together to enjoy the variety of shopping that is available here at Westfield Chermside. Event Cinemas movie complex is located on Level 2 via escalators near the lower floor level where near the eateries such as McDonald's & Subway are situated. It is a fantastic place to enjoy a movie at "Gold Class" or one of the other movie theatres 🎥. It is such a special place to enjoy the state of art movie facilities. On the same level are additional restaurants, bars & eateries that offer an excellent range of menus/drinks for everyone's needs. So if you want to enjoy a meal & drink, see a movie or just shop this is definitely the place to contemplate a great time. Westfield Chermside shopping precinct is located on two levels with underground & open areas of parking available. During peak periods of the year, such as Christmas parking, can be hard to find. To offset this, Brisbane City Council buses run regularly into the nearby Chermside Bus Station, which is situated just off Hamilton Road. Some of the best fashion outlets are located here at Westfield Chermside. Some of the larger outlets such as Myer, David Jones, & Target are onsite. There is a fitness centre located inside Westfield Chermside on the upper level close to the tavern, which is on the lower floor level. This shopping precinct is a very user-friendly place for everyone, I was most impressed by the way people with disability special needs were well looked after. Wheelchair or mobility scooters can easily access this shopping precinct. Travelators are available from the lower level carpark areas. There are also lifts onsite as well as fantastic customer service areas that ensure your trip to Westfield Chermside is an enjoyable experience. So if you want a good day out to enjoy everything under the one roof, then this is a wonderful place shop to your hearts content!!

Westfield Chermside is truly the best place in Brisbane for shopping, dining, and entertainment. From the moment you step inside, you can feel the vibrant atmosphere and the promise of an amazing day out. **Shopping:** The shopping experience here is unparalleled. With a vast array of stores ranging from high-end brands to budget-friendly options, there is something for everyone. Whether you're looking for the latest fashion trends, electronics, or home decor, Westfield Chermside has it all. The layout is intuitive, making it easy to navigate from one store to the next. **Dining:** The dining options are simply fantastic. There are numerous cafes and restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines. Breakfast at one of the cozy cafes is a delightful way to start your day, with freshly brewed coffee and delicious pastries. For lunch and dinner, the food court and surrounding restaurants provide an array of choices, from quick bites to gourmet meals. Whether you’re craving Asian, Italian, or classic Australian fare, you will not be disappointed. **Entertainment:** Westfield Chermside is also a great destination for families. The playground is a hit with kids, offering a safe and fun environment for them to burn off some energy. Additionally, the Event Cinemas here are top-notch. The theaters are clean and comfortable, with the latest technology to enhance your movie-going experience. There’s nothing quite like catching the latest blockbuster on the big screen in such a fantastic setting. Overall, Westfield Chermside is a standout shopping center that excels in providing an all-around excellent experience. Whether you're there to shop, eat, relax, or have fun with the family, it’s the perfect place to spend your day. Highly recommended!

Chermside has a very wide array of retail outlets from the mainstays, Big W, Target and Kmart to the Apple Store and the new Lego store (next to the Apple Store and opposite the FOSSIL shop). It also has an Event Cinema but for me one of the best parts is the eateries, outside of the general 'food court(which is located on the floor directly below the cinena). Go up the escalator or stairs if you are fitter and to the right of the cinema you will find a nice choice of drinking (Archer coffer), ice cream/ gelato shops and a good choice of eating establishments from Thai, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, American and Singaporean with a shout out to the Bagel shop near the kids play area. The kids play area is covered with soft artificial grassed apart from the centre circle and there is a smaller play area with slide and a trampoline (in ground and one child at a time). Think telly tubbies and you can see the the inspiration for the grassed hills and bumps. In the evening the centre dome covering the bigger area lights up and there have been a do playing music which the kids run and dance to. For a quieter time go past the play area heading away from the centre towards the Thai restaurant and you will see a nice water feature which has a couple of day beds under shade and a nunber of seats. It is also worth mentioning that another 'recent' addition is iFly, an indoor skydiving centre which can be very entertaining. Overall for me Westfield Chermside ticks the box as a place to get things, do things and enjoy.

A very large shopping centre with the usual broad selection of stores, cinema and food of an Australian mall. Came here specifically to visit the Apple store, then got a few other errands done aswell (key cutting, watch battery replacement, winter wardrobe update, birthday gifts for my niece), had sushi for a walking-round snack and then got some lunch later. Not sure if there is a mall layout/map somewhere as it is a very large centre so took a while to find the shops I needed, but the parking lots are well sign-posted and they have a colour system to help you remember where you parked which was very useful (even though I still managed to leave via a different door to the one I came in, but my car wasn't too far away).

The shopping centre is huge. I loved the outlets there though it looked lil bit unmanaged with similar brands in different floors lol. Information desk staff were really helpful and i loved the Christmas decorations as well as crowd was fantastic. It needs more work on self check info desk where PARKING info on directions seem to be missing. For someone like me who is there once in a blue moon, I would imagine getting my car park info in self check info desk. But, i was lost for over an hour just to find the right parking. Also, please maintain washrooms properly. It has hard stains of urine n other stuff all over the walks. It seemed that no one cleaned it over the years. The smell was horrible in washrooms.

Worst bird problem I’ve ever seen, Westfield won’t do anything about it. Can’t even enjoy a good lunch. The restaurant staff can do very little despite requesting support from the center. 4 months later after my original review, Westfield still hasn’t even tried to fix the problem. They’ve raised prices for staff parking, despite not even attempting to provide more parking. As a company, Westfield has zero cares for companies that actually pay for its services. Retail and hospitality businesses should steer clear, as they will simply be extorted like every other business here. Have given up trying to communicate with the support team here.
