I visited the Busselton Visitor Centre today with the hope of booking a jetty tour and seeking some local information. However, my experience was marred by the exceptionally poor customer service provided by the staff. Instead of receiving the assistance and guidance I expected, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude.

The staff seemed disinterested and appeared to treat my inquiries as an inconvenience. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was extremely disappointing, and it left me with a negative impression of the visitor centre.

As a visitor to Busselton, I believe that the visitor centre should serve as a welcoming and informative resource for tourists. Unfortunately, the behavior of the staff fell far short of this expectation, and I left feeling disheartened about the overall experience.

I hope that my feedback serves as a prompt for the management to reevaluate the customer service standards at the Busselton Visitor Centre. Every visitor, regardless of their inquiry, deserves to be treated with respect and receive the assistance they require.

I sincerely hope to see improvements in the level of professionalism and customer service at the Busselton Visitor Centre...

All I can say is WOW. The lady we spoke to (who was also originally from Qld) was awesome.

We got so much information and she took us through so many possible highlights and businesses of interest in the area, after observing the brochures we took.

We took the Meelup Beach Road to Eagle Bay Brewery and was not disappointed.

I have never been to such a friendly, info packed info centre anywhere in Australia, so far.

Souvenirs are priced at the same level as other tourist centres, but did find it hard to find stock with WA or preferably Busselton on it, that wasn’t a kids t-shirt.

Plenty of brochures on a huge range of activities, food venues, businesses and places of interest. Great number of maps too.

If the lady that approached us is any indication, your staff make the centre...

After the mini train journey at The Busselton's Pier, I went in yesterday to find out more information about Busselton tourists points of interest and asked the young girls to sell me "where else could I visit whiles I was in Busselton that you could recommend?" I was surprised to hear "Nothings else she could tell me" I hope the town of Busselton will employ a better person who could sell all the great features of this beautiful town to all the tourists. Thank you to "John" the great volunteer who's work at the pier, who's told me all the top spots to checkout in Busselton. We need more people liked John, who loves and proud of his town. Thank you John. All the stars is...

A big thank you to Kelly, so helpful and gave us some great local knowledge. Yesterday we called in to the visitors centre and we were promptly and delightfully greeted by Kelly, she quickly got to work highlighting all the best spots to visit and even tailored it to suit our needs. We had a fabulous day exploring and Canal Rocks was the highlight

The best gift shop in WA! Such a great choice of good quality gifts to buy which were beautifully displayed. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and a special thanks to Kay for the wonderful beaches you recommended which did not disappoint.

The visitor Centre Museum is facinating! I love history and knew very little about the history of Busselton. Next time I visit Busselton I am going to spend more time here discover more of the history of Busso presented so well in the displays.
