NEGATIVE REVIEW 1. Went there on Easter Sunday. There was a hair in the Sizzling Mongolian Lamb. Showed it to the waiter guy. He made funny face and went inside to talk. Never came back, never acknowledged it or NEVER APOLOGISED. Absolutely ruined the dinner. So I would recommend not to ruin your awesome holiday eating someone’s hair by paying high price. 2. The vegetables were completely raw. Maybe their style of cooking but not fun to eat with bunch of sauce. Was dead hungry and waited so much to enjoy nothing. The best item was sizzling dish with hair in it. If they apologised I would thought it was rush time and forget it all! But they ignored and we paid so much for the holiday surcharge included. Would I go again? NEVER.

The restaurant would not honor their offer from Entertainment book, I was told that Entertainment book 25% was not accepted if ordering from lunch special when I ready to pay the bill. The staff told that you should let me know you have the coupon before you order the food. I did mention that the Rules & Restrictions from the Entertainment book and showed to the staff, but she insisted that I should asked first. This has been reported to Entertainment book.

The restaurant is very clean and nice, the service is good. We ordered 1 Chinese dish and 1 Vietnamese dish and they both are delicious. It is hard to find a good Vietnamese restaurant in Australia but Com tam (The Vietnamese rice) here tastes similar to the one in Vietnam and it reminded me a lot about Vietnam. If you love Vietnamese and Chinese food, you can't miss this place. Highly recommended !!

We have had take away from this restaurant before and it has always been good, so tonight we decided we would take my mother in law in and enjoy a nice meal. We were the only ones in at the time, which was around 17.45 but we could hear the phone ringing and it sounded like they were pretty busy doing take aways. Whilst I can understand that they were busy with the takeaway orders, it doesn't justify having sit in customers wait an hour for their meals, specially when customers arriving after us were served before us. We were only 4 people and the first meal arrived after 50 minutes, the second one after an hour and so forth, by the time the last meal arrived, the 1st two meals were cold and it was not a pleasant experience anymore. When my husband asked the waitress if it was going to be much longer, she didn't even apologize for the delay but instead told us that they were busy and was being argumentative.

I would like to point out that the food was good but it was the delivery and lack of communication that was a let down. I sincerely do hope that they offer their younger staff proper training about communicating better with the customers, but also work on their timing as to when the food comes out and making sure it all comes out at once instead of having to wait between each meal as like I said, it was pretty good but unfortunately we will not...

We were looking for somewhere to eat in Busselton a few weeks ago. We don’t eat out much and try to have a nice meal when we do, we decided to try this place out.

What a mistake it was, I have no idea why it has positive reviews (although I have some suspicions after reading them) . The food was absolutely awful, it was the worst Chinese food all of us at the table had tried to eat in our lives.

The meals were lacking flavour and covered in jarred sauces that reminded us of the heat and eat style you get from the supermarket. The meat and vegetables weren’t prepared or seasoned well, the served dipping sauces were very average aswell. It looked like none of it was really made by a chef. Just ingredients cooked in a pan or wok and supermarket type sauce thrown over the top of it. The food was also very very greasy.

We left without finishing and payed well over $100 for the experience. Not good value at all for the lack of quality served up

Half an hour later after leaving the restaurant one of the woman who was eating lunch with us suddenly let out a remark “I can still smell it on my face” which prompted us to get ice cream. A really nice one that was out the front of a crepe place just down the road.

Wouldn’t eat at that Chinese place again if you...

Would give zero stars if it were possible. Service was rude and insulting and the food oily and tasteless. Stopped by quickly for a lunch on the go. Ordered a small vegetarian fried rice with tofu only so it was obvious it was a meal not an accompaniment. The fried rice was $12.80 for a small serve plus $3.00 for the tofu which $3.00 for 450grams retail. I received my order without cutlery. I asked for some soy sauce as the dish appeared white as though unflavoured. I was told that a little soy sauce packet was an additional $2.00. The food poor, oily, tasteless and had 40grams of tofu (yes, I went home and weighed it). I was refused a refund despite ACCC stating on their website I have a right to request one as a resolution to my dissatisfaction. I did the right thing and returned to them asking for refund. After insulting my intelligence several times, the obnoxious woman serving me refused a...
