Reply after your comment - Yes that was a casual booking because i wasn't able to book party online due to unavailability. I visited store 2 times, and your so called TL girl asked me to proceed with general booking and we decided the food and other stuff.
I booked online for 4pm - 6pm super 2hr sessions. 13 childrens (i can share bookings if required) and paid fully. And discussed with your staff to provide food at 6pm and cake cutting at 6:30, with 7pm end of party.
Your routine Tuesday trading hours 9 am - 7pm
But when i visited on 5th Nov morning to cross check for things, your manager informed me that the store is now closing at 5:30 pm, as they have got their staff party, and advice me to end party at 5pm against my confirmed booking till 6pm.
I have got no prior email or call from your side that your centre is closing early on that day and we have to change or cancel the booking. Not even you change anything on google, which says you close at 7 pm.
YOU COMPLETELY RUINED MY DAUTHERS BIRTHDAY PARTY.
Your staff doesn't have proper information, only saying check and book online. Your TL and manager was rude. providing no alternative or solution. Just advise me change or cancel the booking on the very same days just 3-4hrs before the party.
Manager advice me to apply for refund what i paid ($315.81), but doesn't show any concern or willing to provide any solution.
Completely unprofessional and un-supportive staff.
ORIGINAL REVIEW Booked in a birthday party for today (05/11/2024) for my daughter in advance for 4pm-6pm bounce session and 6-7pm for cake cutting and food.
Casually visit in the morning to check everything set up as per plan….and they came with a surprise that the center in now closing at 5:30 today as they have their staff party and my party will be cancelled.
No prior communication from them.
Their Team leader girl and their so called Manager are worst to deal with and are truly non-cooperative.
Can’t suggest this...

My daughter in law booked this place for my grandsons 2nd birthday. I was appalled at the poor service and lack of value for money this place had to offer. It’s like they can’t wait to get you out of there, you literally get one hour of play, and too bad if you’re waiting for your guests to arrive the countdown is already on, The girl bringing the socks for the kids wasn’t even assisting until we had been there for 10 minutes.
Then there was the no atmosphere “party room”, which you have for only 45 minutes. The party food served was cold potato gems and burned (and I mean black) chicken strips that would have served better as teething rusks. The poorly trained girls in charge just stood therefor 20 minutes looking annoyed and uninterested until one of them said “you have to get out of here at 3:25 so you might want to start cutting the cake.” Talk about rude!
Some of our guests wanted to pay extra so their kids could play longer but were told that they couldn’t as they were full.
The copy and paste response from the owner just proves the lack of interest from management and owners.
Save your money, hire a bouncy castle and buy some party pies. Your kids will have more fun and can jump till they drop.
Bounce just wants to rinse your cash and get you out as fast...
Read moreAn organised chaos in a good way! We came to experience bounce for the first for a kids birthday party & were quite impressed with the size, and the popularity with the community! From the start, we were already pre-warned by the organisers (parents of birthday girl) that they are fully booked with at least 3 kids parties running at the same time on a Sunday morning, on top of the normal crowd. Once inside, all party groups gather at a meetup area for hurdle and briefing while all kids get a free pair of socks. It was quite an organised chaos from then on, as the two lovely hosts had to chaperone and lead the whole group of over 22 kids for the next hour around the play spaces. The play spaces were spread out and have varied form of challenges, such as basketball, dodgeball and the high dive area, so some kids were overwhelmed. A special shout out to our host Edie, who was a super friendly, captivating and engaging young leader who clearly demonstrated her energy, passion and care to her role. A few times when some kids were overwhelmed with the crowd or the specific play area, she would proactively engage them, including leading them to play, or even carrying them over her shoulder to engage and calm them down.
Parking: A tips is to park a little further away near Officeworks as it gets really crowded and difficult to find parking...
