Catalonia Park — Attraction in Cervantes

We were in Cervantes for the Lake Thetis Stromatolites and came across the park when we were in Cervantes. We had a pit stop before driving back to Perth. The park is located beside the RAC Cervantes Holiday Park and Seashells cafe. It is decently sized with toilets, a gazebo with seats and a partially covered playground. there was also a beach volleyball court near the beach end as well as a small stage in the grassy area. It looked like a storm surge had crossed into the grass so there was debris on the grass as well as the path behind the beach. The beach was quite close by. Most serene and beautiful beach and park. The scenery reminds me of the Whitsundays in QLD. This park is kids and family friendly, has clean amenities, a volleyball net, shelters along the shore for sun protection, and excellent swimming conditions.
